Luna is a happy 9 year old Rat Terrier who is currently staying at a board & train in Salinas Ca. She is crate trained, loves to run & play & is quite affectionate when she gets to know you. She gets along with other dogs(unless they are running directly at her)but is very happy to run & explore by herself. No cats or kids. The Board & Train where she is living is also a working farm & she is not bothered by most of the animals there. She knows some commands & loves to walk & hike. She’s very smart & learns quickly. Would probably love scent work & a little agility work.

Looks like: Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix Female, 9 years old (estimated), 12 pounds Named after the legendary Shelby Mustangs, this sweet girl is proof that great things come in compact packages. She may not have hundreds of horsepower under the hood, but she has plenty of charm, character, and classic good looks. Shelby loves a good walk, though she prefers to set the pace. Some days she's cruising down the sidewalk; other days she wants to make a few pit-stops to sniff around. She might try to race after a squirrel, but at 13lbs, she's easy to handle. When it comes to meeting new friends, she's polite to other dogs on leash and welcomes guests into her home with a happy wag; this includes children, whom she'll happily seek out for affection. Apart from walking, her hobbies include sunbathing, chasing squirrels, and snuggling with her favorite people! She also has her potty habits down. She knows to go out during the day (preferably on a walk) and can use a potty pad at night. She's also fine with being left alone. Though she might express her distaste with a whine, she does settle down. Shelby came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after being found as a stray.

09/23/26 13:48Young adult male intact terrier mix with severe diffuse superficial bacterial dermatitis (bacterial skin infection) likely secondary to underlying skin allergies. Received intake vaccines, deworming and nexgard flea treatment and is currently recieving allergy medication and oral antibiotic. In need of urgent rescue; will need oral medication (and topical baths/shampoos) for 1-2 months to clear infection and likely to need allergy management long term.

Gigi is an incredibly loving, happy, energetic little girl. She loves walks, running, playing, and will do anything for a treat! She’s great with other dogs and would be especially happy in a home with another playful dog who wants a companion to run, wrestle, and play with to her heart’s content. She has never shown any aggression and is truly such a sweet dog. She’d be best suited with an active person/family or a home with another energetic dog who can be her built-in best friend. She is potty trained and knows some basic commands. We really want to find the right fit for her, somewhere she’ll get lots of love, exercise, attention. ‼️HELLO EVERYONE IM LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME 🐕‼️ This is my 1 1/2 yr old Dachshun is name is Scrappy doo. Unfortunate news that I cannot keep him any longer at my apartment. He’s a medium dog nd for me I thought I’d be able to spend more time with him but these dogs require a of TLC (Time,Love,Care). I’ve had him for a little over 1 year and He’s been great around other people. I’ve had family around they love him, he’s really loving. I have a 6 girls who got along with him very well. He is still young so he’s very attentive and playful he loves his snacks and treats. I don’t have the time to do the things I would like with him, Working and school. I do know he is a eager dog when it comes to seeing other dogs he’s met with my neighbors dog a couple times and they got used to each other but I’d definitely ease into a dog park. I love this dog and I really want hime to.go to a good family if you have any questions feel free to message me (xxx) xxx-xxxx .
