Story
I got him for free as a puppy from a married couple back in January of 2022. He did not come with papers. He is 3 year old, turning 4 November 22, 2026. I would like for his new home to be someone who has experience dealing with dogs with trauma. Some family members stayed with me for about a year and they had young children. They were grabby and ever since they left Latté started snapping of you touch his back legs, tail, and sometimes the top of his head. He likes to be pet but with snap randomly, possibly due to trauma from the kids. I would describe Latté as sweet, humorous and sometimes hardheaded. I’m just not knowledgeable in how to handle his random snapping and growling, and it scares me. He likes to mark as well, so he would need a wrap while indoors, but you never now when he may snap while putting it on or taking it off. He not aggressive, and he love people, and does well with children who aren’t rough and touchy, he just has some trauma I don’t know how to deal with.

Story
Iryss is a sweet girl that belonged to a wonderful couple. Hard times fell upon the couple causing them to have to move in with family members who did not like dogs. Iryss was not mistreated, but definitely knew she was not liked nor wanted. The family member forced the couple to put Iryss outside and then gave the ultimatum "get rid of her". The couple tried to find a home for her but were unsuccessful. The couple found us and Iryss has been in a boarding situation with a short temporary stay in a foster home until the holidays were over and boarding space was available.Iryss is a loving girl, but slow to warm up to people. She needs a quiet calm household with patient people. She will bond initially to one person- probably the female, but once the male in the household participates in feeding and other routines she will be his buddy. She lived with other dogs smaller than her, but likes dogs that are not going to be up in her face barking. Iryss would do best in a home with no other pets and no children.Iryss can be silly, playful and loving to those that give her love back. She loves to run around in a fenced in yard so secure fence is a must.
