Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Brie is a 9-year old BC/Rat Terrier mix who is in need of a forever home due to allergies of the newborn child of her owners in her current home.  She is a well-behaved, playful girl and seems to get along well with people and other dogs, and likely even with cats, although her exposure to them has been limited. Her owners say this about Brie: Brie , Breed: Border Collie, Rat Terrier mix , Age: Approx. 9 years old , Health: No current healthconcerns. She is up to date on Rabies shot. Her annual is due but I will get that done soon. She isspayed.Description: She is very lovable and loves her people. She can be a good guard dog but knowswhen to stand down. She can be vocal and is very vocal when with dogs bigger than her. She's notafraid to establish her space and boundaries if need be; however, she is not one to bite others at all - She is a sweetheart. She can get defensive around big dogs but all she does is bark. She barks when she plays too so it may seem as if she's being aggressive but she's really just playing. She is good withpeople, kids, and other dogs. She will lay on the couch with you or sit/lay on the ground next to you and watch TV. She's still active for a 9 year old and can jump when excited. She loves to run and havespace - though gated is best. She is leash trained, but needs the leash. I am doing research on the best place to take her because I know she can be in a loving home. I have a bed, kennel, blankets, vest, brushes, heartworm medicine and more that she will go with. Last check up date: 09/29/23, Center Hill Animal Clinic , Reason for rehome: newborn is allergic If you would like to meet or know more about Brie, please contact her owners at carlton95moore@hotmail.comVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 9, 2026, 2:31 pm

Story
There are some stories that are hard to hear... and then there are stories like Honey's.For the first part of her young life, Honey lived alone at the end of a chain. No warm bed. No toys. No family. No one to tell her she was a good girl. She was so frightened that she cried constantly, hoping someone would notice.Thankfully... someone did.A kind neighbor couldn't stand to see her suffer and made the call that changed everything.Today, that same little girl is almost unrecognizable. The fear has been replaced with joy. The tears have been replaced with tail wags. Honey greets each day with a happy heart, soaking up every bit of love she can find—as if she's making up for all the affection she missed. She's still just a puppy, under a year old, and she's the kind of dog who can fit into just about any home or lifestyle. Whether you're looking for a walking buddy, a couch companion, or a best friend to grow up with, Honey is ready. All she's ever wanted was someone to love her.Now it's our turn to make sure she never spends another day wondering if she's enough.Come meet Honey. We think you'll fall in love just as quickly as she falls in love with everyone she meets. 🍯❤️Thank you for taking the time to look at our precious "pound puppies" If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at 730-272-1071. We would love to help connect you with your new best friend.

Story
Phoebe is a definite Rat Terrier mix around 3-4 years of age. She was found running at large with little Rachel in Taney Co. Missouri. She is a little shy at first, but a super sweet girl. She does climb out of the pup pen that is 4ft tall so a secure yard for her to play in with a privacy fence would be great! She is a little alpha acting with other dogs, but does like their company. Active girl and super pretty too! She would make a great trail/walking partner and prefers women over men, but does warm up. ##1734559##

Story
Sprocket is a happy guy who is 11 years young. He was raised with kids and seems to do well with all humans and most other dogs. He also appears housetrained (we never promise). He loves to be outside with people and playing in the run. FYI my Jack Rat lived to be 21.5 years old. They are very resilient fur kiddos and this guy is no exception. ##2743240##
