Phoebe is a definite Rat Terrier mix around 3-4 years of age. She was found running at large with little Rachel in Taney Co. Missouri. She is a littel shy at first, but a super sweet girl. She does climb out of the pup pen that is 4ft tall so a secure yard for her to play in with a privacy fence would be great! She is a little alpha acting with other dogs, but does like their company. Little Yeti came to us via another rescue as she and her sis Cherry were terrified in their facility as they have a lot of big dogs and they bark alot. Yeti is the more outgoing of the two girls that originally came out of a hoarding case in Texas we are told. She does take a bit to warm up and wants you to think she is a nipper. She has not bitten anyone but will act like she wants to. Because of my years of loving on small dogs that have never known love I can tell you she isn't mean. Just very insecure. She is the first to me after a few weeks here and loves to give kisses and have me hold her. This kid will need a very secure fenced in yard and someone that understands she will take a few days to warm up. She just needs to learn you mean her no harm and are there souly to give all the loves and all the treats. ##2186548##

This is Auggie! Auggie is the sweetest little guy with the cutest underbite, who is fully grown at 20 lbs. We are not sure how old Auggie is but he still is very playful and youthful looking, so we are guessing 1-3 years old. He loves to play with anybody or anything that will play with him, including dogs of all sizes and cats. Auggie is potty trained and almost tolerates his crate, but he doesn't need to be kenneled, as he is an all around good boy! This little dude walks well on a leash and would love a fenced in yard to run around and play in. When he is done playing, he absolutely loves a good cuddle/nap session! MEET LILY! So, this is Lily. She is a Pedigree Rat Terrier. She was 8 years old in October. She is house broken and loves to be in your lap all the time. Wonderful lap dog, making up for years of neglect. She has never been allowed to be a dog. She has been bred every time she has come in heat. Every time! She was infested with fleas when I got her, and carting with her 4 nursing puppies. She is such an alert bright older girl. Full of life. Loves to run and play. Devoted to her pups. They are now weaned. Lily will take her, "No More Babies Challenge" the first week in January She has received all vaccinations and Bortatella. She is heartworm negative and takes Heartguard Plus. Due to 7 yrs without vet care, she will receive booster shot when spayed in Jan. She needs love. Lots of love and a place to call forever home now. She loves to play with all her new found toys, especially crinckle paper toys and the ones that squeak. Does anyone have a special heart for a special older lady? You will need quite a fence. She can climb over a standard chain link and runs like the wind. However, at this time she shows no interest in leaving the yard. She is house broken. Looks you in the eyes and paws up to go out. Comes in on her own through the doggie door but prefers to have door opend to go out...like she needs permission or something. She truly is a wonderful lady!
