Story
Meet Cheech — a tiny bundle of sweetness with a heart three sizes bigger than her little paws.Cheech is the kind of dog who makes you automatically talk in a baby voice without even realizing it. She’s soft, cuddly, and perfectly sized for laps, couches, and being carried around like the precious cargo she believes she is (and honestly… she’s right). This little lady has wonderful manners for such a small pup. She walks beautifully on a leash, sticking close like your loyal sidekick, and she rides in the car like a seasoned road-trip professional — no drama, no chaos, just peaceful passenger princess energy.Cheech is also a social butterfly with other dogs. She came to the shelter with four canine friends, so she’s used to having buddies around and would likely love a home with another pup to snuggle or play with. She’s affectionate without being overwhelming and happy just being near her people. Her favorite things include: • Warm laps • Soft blankets • Gentle strolls • Car rides with the windows cracked just enough for sniffingCheech isn’t loud, pushy, or demanding — she’s the quiet little shadow that follows you from room to room and curls up beside you at the end of the day. The kind of dog who fits into your life effortlessly and makes everything feel a little cozier. If you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly companion who travels well, walks nicely, and gets along with other dogs, Cheech is ready to be your tiny best friend.More information? Story
Sadie is 1 year and 1 month old. She has lots of puppy energy and loves playing tug and fetch! When she is comfortable with you she is also very affectionate. Sadie is also quite the shy girl. She has some reactivity associated with this. She is not a fan of strangers, loud noises, or being in the car. However, she is currently doing training and taking medication to work on all these things! An ideal home for Sadie would be a home with no children or other animals. She does fine with dogs once comfortable, but can sometimes get a bit protective over those she loves. A home that is willing to keep up Sadie’s training to help her feel more confident in her daily life is also a factor. Sadie is quick to learn and such a loyal companion!
