Story
Rocky is one of a litter of 6 pups surrendered by their owners. His mom is a rat terrier mix of some sort and dad is unknown. Some of the pups have a rat terrier look, some have curly tails and tiny ears with shorter noses but we do not know what they are mixed with. Remember Heinz 57? That is our little boy Rocky! He looks like a mix of 57 little breeds all rolled into one! Cute as they come! Mom lives in a barn outside on a farm and she is going to be spayed. All of the pups are very playful and ready for any adventure you have in mind. They were a bit shy at first but now loves attention and love to be in your lap. They are all pretty small, about 8 lbs. so lap sitting is a breeze! Cute small breed mixed pups that can fit in just about any home. Pluto is a happy, 1-year-old neutered Rat Terrier weighing about 35 lbs. He’s a friendly, social young dog with a sweet heart and endless love to give. He adores other dogs, loves to play, and is wonderful with kids. While his experience with cats is unknown, Pluto has never shown aggression and tends to approach new situations with playful curiosity. Pluto is an active boy who enjoys walks, playtime, and exploring the world around him. He thrives with a predictable routine and regular companionship, and he’s kennel trained and comfortable in his crate when needed. He’s generally quiet, with only occasional barking, and he’s incredibly affectionate — the kind of dog who loves being close to his people. Story
Daxter was a found stray that we fostered through our local humane society. After 2 failed adoptions we decided to adopt him- he was so defeated getting brought back. We don't know much about his past. Our vet believes he is about 14 years old and did say he has a neurological condition that we have been treating him for his behaviorial issues. We have 3 other dogs and while we are making it work, we know Daxter would thrive in a home where he's king of the castle. He should not live with any other animals or kids. He can be reactive and does get nippy when he's not happy. Hoping to find someone with small dog experience and can give him a loving home for the rest of his days. His ideal life would be someone to be home with him a lot and treat him like a cat- he tells you what he wants- it's his world we are just here to serve his needs lol. We will only give him to the perfect person. Contact me to discuss behavior issues and see if he's the right fit.
