He’s a sweet little guy who carries himself like a big dog, but deep down he just wants to be loved and included in all of life’s adventures. Dez is a 15-lb chihuahua mix with a big personality and a lot of love to give. He’s sweet, cuddly, and loyal once he warms up, but struggles with anxiety and can be reactive around new people, dogs, or if he feels his space is threatened. He’s on anxiety medication, crate trained, and up to date on all vaccines and flea/heartworm prevention. Dez would thrive in a calm home with no other pets or small children—ideally with someone who works from home and can offer consistent companionship. This decision hasn’t been easy, but it’s what’s best for Dez. We're seeking a forever home directly to avoid extra transitions. If you think you're the right fit, please reach out.
