Hi! My name is Dionysus, but my friends call me NeNe. I’m a super sweet, fun, medium sized dog weighing about 40lbs. I am already potty trained and know basic commands. Chewing is paws down my favorite hobby! I'm a toy connoisseur—squeaky chew toys are my favorite. My birthday is April 15th and my theme song is "Just a Girl" by No Doubt. My foster mom says I'm the best girl, and the only thing I'm missing is “spatial awareness"... whatever that means. I am a bit goofy sometimes, and I enjoy having plenty of room to spin and jump around. When meeting new people, I can be a little shy and nervous, so I’m looking for someone patient and understanding who will give me ample time to settle in and build my confidence. Once I feel safe and comfortable, I’m incredibly affectionate and snuggly. I’m ready to find a loving home where I can keep being my sweet, goofy self.

Smart and trainable. Good with and protective of children and home. Dislikes physical violence of person against person. Needs exercise. Large yard or pasture would be perfect. Has run out door, but has always come back. Scared of lightening. Enjoys snuggling in bed at night. Dislikes crates and cages, but will enter with encouragement and treats. He has snapped and growled at our 1 year old, but does great with older kids like our 11 and 12 year old.

We got Bluey from a retired breeder, so he does come with papers. When he was born, his umbilical cord wrapped around his leg and his mother chewed it off unintentionally. That has not slowed him down! He is great with smaller and bigger dogs. He enjoys indoor life but also loves hanging out in the backyard getting some sun. He is skilled at hunting and catching vermin. We do not recommend him for homes with chickens/chicken coop/chicken runs as he will break in. That said, he is very adaptable and sweet, both on an adventure or lounging around. Meet Bluey today!

Jasper is a sweet 12-year-old Terrier mix weighing around 59 pounds, and he is searching for a forever home where he can spend his golden years surrounded by the love and care he deserves. Jasper came to the rescue from the Bell County Animal Shelter after being surrendered by his owner. His owner’s wife had passed away, and he eventually had to move into a nursing home where he could no longer care for Jasper. This was not because Jasper wasn’t loved. His family found themselves in a heartbreaking situation and wanted to make sure he was safe. Now, Jasper is being cared for while he waits for the forever family he so deserves. Jasper is a happy, sweet-natured boy who loves going outside and is house-trained. He does well with other dogs, and we are still learning more about his personality as he settles in. At 59 pounds, Jasper could stand to lose a little weight, but with healthy meals, gentle walks, and a family to keep him moving, he will be on the right track. What we already know is that Jasper has a truly sweet spirit and so much love left to give. At 12 years old, he should not have to wonder what happened to his family or where he belongs. He deserves a soft place to land, a comfortable bed, someone to take him outside, and a family who will remind him every day that he is still deeply loved. Jasper may be a senior, but his heart is full of hope. He is ready to give his love to someone who will cherish him for the rest of his life. Fergus sits patiently waiting for his food or treats, has perfect car manners and loves to go on rides and walks.
