Born: April 26, 2025 I am seeking my forever home! Adoption Donation: $550 My litter includes: Boomer and Dinky Meet Boomer! This big-hearted hound—truly, his heart is as big as his floppy ears—is a charming Redbone Coonhound/American Foxhound mix ready to sniff out his forever family. Boomer may have limited vision (one eye has no sight and the other only partial), and he may also have some hearing loss, but this boy doesn’t let anything slow him down! The vet says he’s perfectly comfortable and can live a happy, normal life—and Boomer seems determined to prove it every day. He’s powered by snacks, walks beautifully on a leash, and tackles stairs like a champion. He takes treats gently, loves snoozing with his people, and brings cheerful, loving energy wherever he goes. Boomer is ready to share endless hugs, affection, and goofy hound charm with a family of his very own. He’ll love you to the moon, the stars, and right back again! All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. She is good with puppies, but really prefers to be by herself. She is ok with male dogs, but would really just like to be left alone to watch the squirrels. She is very sweet. Story
Lincoln is a 2 year old redbone coonhound! Lincoln is the mushiest and goofiest sweetest boy. He was bought as a hunting dog and his hunting partner recently passed unexpectedly and Lincoln is ready to be a couch potato. He has NO aggressive tendencies, loves other dogs, kids and is friendly with cats and other animals. He has been around horses, sheep, pigs and chickens. He is a gentle giant. His house skills need some touch ups but I’m sure he’ll learn quickly. He’s okay on a leash but is used to simply tagging along. Lincoln is a mid- maintenance dog. He was born with some shoulder defects that began showing at about 1 year old. He is not on any medication. Vet doesn’t believe surgery would be helpful but thinks that it may cause him some discomfort. There is no way of knowing how/ if at all these defects will affect him as he gets older. A couch to sleep on, and a yard to lay out in the sun would be best for him and we would love to help him find that home!

However, following the birth of our son, we realized that our 'almost perfect' home was not quite enough for a dog like Harry. ​ Harry is an incredibly affectionate dog. He bonds deeply with his people and you will never find a dog that loves you harder. He is fantastic with our newborn son and gets along famously with our other dog, Mickey. There is not a mean bone in his body; he is pure affection. ​ Harry is a true hound, which means his nose and his instincts often lead the way. He requires a confident handler for walks and public outings, as he needs ongoing training to manage his enthusiasm. Because he is athletic, a 6-foot fence is a non-negotiable requirement for his safety. ​We are looking for an upgrade for Harry--someone with the time, attention and patience to let this hound thrive
