Mamacita is a lovely companion and very well-behaved. She is a mature lady who has been around the block a few times. She was picked up at the Pilot truck stop, hungry and pregnant. Her eight puppies were born at the shelter happy and healthy. She would do best in a quiet home without too many rowdy pets, or even as the queen of the castle! At around 55 pounds, she’s the perfect mix of adventure buddy and family companion. This sweet girl genuinely loves everyone she meets—people and animals alike. She does wonderfully with children of all ages, gets along great with cats, and absolutely adores other dogs. In fact, if you hear Daisy barking when she spots another dog on a walk, don’t worry—she’s not being unfriendly, she’s just hoping to go say hello and make a new friend! One of Daisy’s favorite places is the dog park, where she can stretch her legs, run with her canine pals, and even splash around in the water. She’s an active, social dog who enjoys having fun but also knows how to settle down at home. Daisy has lived as an indoor companion her entire life and is kennel trained, comfortably spending the workday in her crate while her family is away. She’s well-mannered, adaptable, and has proven herself to be a trustworthy housemate. Through no fault of her own, Daisy is looking for a new forever family after her owner’s upcoming move made it impossible for her to come along. She’s ready to bring her affectionate personality, playful energy, and loyal companionship to a home that will love her just as much as she’ll love them.
