Story
Utah is a funny, good, energetic young dog full of love. I believe he is mainly coonhound but I’m unsure if he is full bred. Utah is potty trained, does good on a leash if you use a harness, and enjoys walks, balls, snow, and playing with his brother. Unfortunately I got a new job that requires I’m away from home more than Utah needs so I’m looking for a loving person that will give Utah all the love I have. Utah is great with other dogs, kids, and I was told is good with cats. Please consider letting Utah become a part of your loving family!

Story
Toby is a fascinating 7-year-old Redbone Coonhound mix with a longing to find the right home. He prefers a quiet environment where he can relax and settle down, and he is happy to receive attention from his human companion. Toby has some very special needs that would require a caring, patient owner to look after him. He is on a fish-only diet and is happiest when he receives his special treats. Toby has also dealt with ear, eye, and skin infection issues in the past and has received medication for these. At Four Footed Friends he tends to act with a more aggressive disposition towards the other dogs and would do best in a home where he is the only canine friend. His demeanor and temperament is similar to that of most hounds. With the proper patience and attention after adoption, we believe Toby would make a phenomenal pet for his owner. If you think you can provide Toby with a forever home, please reach out and contact Four Footed Friends at (724) 349-1144 or fourfootedfriends82@gmail.com. You can also visit https://www.fourfootedfriends.org/ for more information on our organization and other pets we have available for adoption. As always, you are welcome to come into our shelter for a visit with any of our dogs to see if they might be the right fit! Story
A sweetheart! Arla was found as a stray, near state forest land, and was not claimed. She was initially pretty shy, although she actually seems to prefer children, and she's come a long way in the short time she's been here. This active girl would love a yard to run in. She loves being petted and talked to. Arla does still need some work on a leash, and with housetraining. Spayed, current on vaccinations, has been heartworm etc. tested (negative), and been started on heartworm preventative. 240 522 7416.

Story
Colonel was picked up as a stray and taken to a county shelter. His owner was located, but chose not to reclaim him. The shelter went code red, this old guy was at the top of the list, and he ended up at Safe Shelter. he is a gentleman; housetrained, friendly, and seems to be okay with other dogs. Estimated at 10 years old, we"ve had him vaccinated, heartworm tested, and neutered. Colonel is a big guy, with a big heart. He needs a family that will love him loyally. 240 522 7416
