Luna is a large mixed breed girl weighing approximately 61 lbs. She is possibly a Redbone Coonhound/Lab/German Shepherd (coloring) mix. She is looking for her permanent home. We have been fostering her for 8 weeks. She came into San Antonio Pets Alive from City of San Antonio Animal Care Services. Luna is young (10 months to one year old). She is spayed, house trained, friendly with people and other dogs (keep food/treats separated). She is very active while outdoors and needs daily exercise. In the house she will be your companion and wants to be near you. Luna knows basic commands such as sit, down and we are working on heeling on the leash and stay. She is extremely smart and confident, she will make a wonderful family or companion dog. On a side note, I took her to be evaluated for search and rescue. While she is very play focused while in our yard, when she was in a large, unknown area, she wanted to search and not play with her toy. Trainers did tests (noise and walking on unknown surfaces) and she passed. Noises do not bother her and she will walk on difficult surfaces with no problem.

Trooper is one happy, playful little guy who thinks attention and love are the best things in the world! He absolutely adores his people and would happily soak up all the affection you’re willing to give. Trooper is great with dogs and kids and loves being part of the fun. He was found all by himself out in the country, but those days are behind him now. He’s ready for a family of his own where he can be loved, spoiled, and included in all the adventures. And seriously… who can pass up that adorable, wrinkly, houndy face?!  Trooper is ready to trade country roads for a forever home and fill your life with puppy fun, cuddles, and plenty of love! Adopt Trooper and let the wrinkly-face kisses begin!  Local adoption fee is $350(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $650 (includes transport to your area)
