Tigger is 10 years old, he is a Rhodesian-Pitbull mix. He likes sleeping, chewing on bones, and rolling around in the grass under the sun. He is a happy boy, who sleeps most of the time. About 5 years ago, he ate about 8 avocado seeds, which thankfully he released, but after that his stomach was never the same, so he only eats his dog food. Otherwise he gets sick of his stomach. He was raised with cats, so he sometimes acts like one, he is so funny!

Meet Angus, aka Gus, a handsome Hound / Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with soulful eyes and an even sweeter personality. At [age] old and a lovable [weight], this boy is a gentle giant and, at heart, a total baby. Gus is crate and potty-trained and does well on leash with proper guidance, which our trainer will provide. He is a mellow guy that likes relaxing, and is often nursing on his favorite stuffed toy or curling up on his bed. He would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and a confident, loving pack leader who can provide structure and reassurance. Gus was found roaming the streets of Fort Lauderdale until one of our dedicated volunteers rescued him and brought him to Abandoned Pet Rescue. Since arriving at the shelter, he has been busy collecting stuffed animals and melting hearts with his calm, charming nature. Meet our handsome boy, John. John's story as he was re-rescued from another rescue that was closing down and he only had one previous owner before he found himself surrender to Animal Control for having too much energy. John is a great dog who is friendly with all dogs loves children, and he is a little shy at first when meeting new people, but quickly warms up with his favorite treats. Our ideal home for John would be an active home with a big yard as he loves to run and play outdoors. Jon's DNA test showed he was 53% Catahoula and the rest was a mixed breed of hound mixes and guard mixes. He is currently residing in Loxahatchee Florida. We do ask for an application to be filled out before a meet and greet. However, if you have additional questions feel free to email us at info@kibblezoflove.org. Meet Maggie   Maggie is a young, sweet Lab mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She was found as a stray in Loxahatchee with a large wound, but after lots of love and care, she healed beautifully — you would never even know she had been injured.   Maggie is full of energy and would thrive with an active person or family who can keep up with her playful spirit. We think she would do best with larger dogs and older kids simply because of her energetic, goofy play style. She absolutely loves romping around with the two boy dogs at the rescue and has shown us how much she enjoys having canine friends. A playful doggy sibling would definitely be a bonus for her, though it’s not a requirement.   Maggie would also love a yard where she can run, play, and burn off some of that happy puppy energy. She’s affectionate, fun, resilient, and so ready to leave her past behind for a forever home of her own. Maggie has been through a lot in her young life, and now she deserves a family who will love her as much as she’ll love them. An application to adopt is required and can be found on our website under the our dogs section or adopt section at kibblezoflove.org.  The adoption fee is $350 The age requirement to adopt is 25+ years old.   All dogs are spayed or neutered, chipped and UTD on hw and flea preventative and all age appropriate vaccines.  ##2701806##
