Meet our sweet, beautiful girl Arya! She is approximately 7 years old and 68 lbs of pure love! Arya is super sweet, very affectionate, mellow, smart, and funny. She is the goodest girl who will do anything for a yummy treat! She absolutely loves her belly rubs and can often be found on her back, legs stretched out, waiting for her pets! She needs a little bit of time to warm up to a new environment or person, but once she gets comfortable, she will shower you with so much affection every day, everywhere. Arya was rescued from the Carson Animal Shelter (LA county kill shelter) where she was put on the euthanasia list after 3 months at the shelter. She has been in a foster home since leaving the shelter in late December. Here’s how to describe this sweet pea: - Walks great on leash (loves going on walks) - Non-reactive to other dogs on walks - Easy to train as she’s super food motivated (food will make her do anything ?) - Smart and picks up new tricks/toys quickly - Crate and house trained - Loves to spend time with her human. I have medium energy level and love exploring outdoors with lots of walks, even light runs and sunbathing. I am excellent in social settings because I have a laid-back attitude, walk well on leash, and enjoy meeting new people, of all ages, and friendly dogs. I am housebroken, perfectly behaved at home where my favorite spot will be cuddling next to you where I can cover you in kisses and you rub my belly! I have had obedience training and even done some agility, so am attentive to directions. I was a stray until I got injured when a car hit me. A woman took me in to help me recover from minor hip injury but after 5 years my person is now dealing with health issues of her own and can no longer provide the life she believes I deserve. She chose my happiness over her own, and hopes I have the chance to find good people to give me a loving home where I will be adored. I rescued Lucky about 3 years ago from a street. She’s a very smart dog, not aggressive, but she will defend her territory if any intruder tries to harm her or the owner. She’s very chill, loyal, and smart dog. She just needs someone that can spend time with her and give her attention. Unfortunately, I am mostly busy with my current job and can’t spend enough time with her. Therefore, i would like to give her away for free, just so someone who really wants to adopt her and give her the attention and time she needs. Thank you, I hope Lucky will meet her best match.

We rescued Penny from a kill shelter when she was 6 months old and we were mourning a dog. Honestly she is a loving sweet dog with a lot of energy. I have had health issues and have not been able to give her the loving time I know she deserves. She is great with our two daughters and loves to play fetch. She is super excited to see other dogs and is still learning to be redirected.
