We are not 100% sure on the exact age. We got the dog from a friend when it was maybe 1 to 2 old, and we have now had the dog for 5 years, so we estimate the age to be around 6 to 7 years old. My wife and I both work full-time now and unfortunately do not have the time the dog deserves for attention, exercise, and care. This has been a very difficult decision for us, but we want to find a loving home where the dog can receive the time and companionship it needs. Millie is mostly an outdoor dog, great with kids, and has a very playful personality. Very smart and high energy, loves to run and needs space to do so. She does well with some dogs but not all, so a proper introduction would be important. We are looking for a responsible family or individual who can provide a stable, caring environment and give him/her the time and activity he/she thrives on. Story
We found Xixi (pronounced zhi-zhi, or gigi,) in dire need of a home. Her and her littermates were abandoned, and they needed rehousing asap. We took her in, but as a busy college student who has plans to soon study abroad, I dont have a sustainable way to keep her. She is about 4 1/2 months old. She was malnourished and had worms when we got her, but she is healthy and robust after proper vet care and nourishing food the past 3 months. She picked up the basics of potty training and house living in a shockingly short amount of time. She is incredibly clever and easy to train with food. Already she is mostly potty trained with only one accident in the past month, and can follow basic commands such as "out," "sit," "wait," and "here." She is a high energy dog, but about an hour or more of focused play a day has kept her happy and healthy. She is not aggressive whatsoever but she is slightly mischievous. loves apples and ice. Her name is short for "hope" in chinese. Im not asking for $.
