He likes to keep everyone organized, moving in the right direction, and safely accounted for—whether they asked for supervision or not! He loves people, soaks up attention, and is always ready for fun.Boomer was found as a stray wearing a collar, but sadly, no one ever came looking for him. Now he is ready to leave that chapter behind and find a family that will love him for good. He does need to be the only dog in the home, and his experience with cats and children is currently unknown.Boomer is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for adoption. He would thrive with a family that understands herding breeds and can give him plenty of activity, structure, and love.Come meet Boomer at DeKalb Humane Society and see whether this hardworking, fun-loving boy is the perfect addition to your family! 🐾❤️An adoption application can be filled out on the DHS website https://www.dekalbhumanesociety.org/adopt. Dog adoption fees are $250.00 for all puppies and adult dogs. Seniors are a donation of choice.Cats and kittens are minimum donation $50.00
