Story
Scarlett is a 1 year old Rottweiler/Chow mix. This beautiful girl is as sweet as she is pretty. Scarlett loves people and enjoys taking walks to smell the flowers! She does pull a little on the leash when she first gets going, but settles down after she gets some energy out! Scarlett came in nursing a puppy who has already found his furever home; now it is Scarlett's turn!Scarlett tested positive for heartworms when she first arrived at the shelter. If she is adopted before she receives treatment, then the adopter will fill out a contract to bring her back for that treatment. If you have any questions about the heartworm treatment, please call and speak to the front desk staff! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA.
