Meet Trouble! (Don't worry, it's just his name!) With a name like Trouble, you'd expect this guy to be up to no good. But so far, the only trouble we've discovered is that he might steal your heart! Trouble is a handsome 5-year-old, 40-pound gentleman with the BEST smile, a permanently happy expression, and a face that looks like he's just heard the funniest joke in the world. Seriously, look at that grin! He's still the new kid at Oceana County Animal Shelter, so we're getting to know him, but one thing is already crystal clear: Trouble LOVES people! He's a happy-go-lucky fellow who seems to think everyone he meets is a potential new best friend. Other dogs? He seems to do well with them, but a meet and greet is required. Cats? The jury is still out! We haven't determined how he feels about feline roommates, but he may do okay with slow, proper introductions. At 5 years old, Trouble is at that wonderful age where he's past the puppy stage but still has plenty of adventures, tail wags, and love left to give. We can't promise he'll never get into a little Trouble, but with that face, we have a feeling he'd be pretty easy to forgive! If you're looking for a cheerful, lovable companion who comes with a contagious smile and a name guaranteed to make people laugh, this might just be the Trouble you've been looking for! Come meet Trouble! Because sometimes a little Trouble is exactly what your life is missing! If interested, please call the shelter at 231-861-5395 and leave a message to be placed on this dog's adoption list. No obligation, but it reserves your place in line on the list. The shelter will contact individuals as they appear on the list. The adoption fee is $95 and you receive certificates for $50 towards spay/neuter and $10 towards rabies vaccine if not already done. All dogs are heartworm tested, receive a DHLPP, flea and tick treatment, and are dewormed.
