Milo is a super cute, 3 month old, Rotweiller/Staffordshire mix puppy. He should be around 60 or so pounds when grown. Milo has begun his puppy shots, will soon be microchipped and his neuter date has been scheduled. Milo said to tell you he's super corky and smart. He's working on potty training and is doing well. He has potty pads down. Milo is crate trained and has quickly learned the commands sit, stay, no, come, leave it, and go get it. Milo is very chill and doesn't bark very much. He loves to ride in a vehicle and isn't afraid of loud noises, big vehicles, or new environments. Milo's favorite things are playing with his toys and getting belly rubs. He loves being close to his person. If you feel Milo will be a good fit for your home, please complete an application. It's on our website, www.myhappytail.org. Just click on the How to Adopt tab. He's too young to be neutered yet, but that has been scheduled and is included in his adoption fee as long as it's done at our vet in Temple. His adoption fee is $215 and once he's neutered, you'll receive a $40 refund.

I adopted Lovey about 1 year ago because I wanted a companion for myself and a guardian for my property, which includes chickens. After a relatively short period when I got her at 7 mos and needed to train her out of the typical puppy behaviors, she was perfect. The absolute most affectionate, loyal, cuddly dog you could hope for, plus a very vigilant watch dog who would bark at anything suspicious but not excessively. I regret so much having to give her up, but she eventually went on to develop an obsession for chasing and harming my chickens, which after trying everything except full enclosure, is not feasible. She is the best dog ever for anyone with kids, especially for a single person who wants to bond very deeply with a pet, basically anyone without chickens. She even learned to tolerate my 2 cats even without supervision. She is crate trained to a crate that is connected to an opening in the wall where there is a doggie door that she comes and goes freely. Lovey’s your girl
