I adopted Claude a year and a half ago. He has got more personality than any cat I have known. He is a muscular and playful cat. He loves playing chase with me and hide-and-go seek (seriously!). He loves sleeping under a blanket and being pet, but is not particularly fond of being picked up or spending too much time on laps. He likes all people except moving babies (he has never been exposed to a new-born). My grandchildren and friends all love him. He probably should not live with other cats. We do not let him outside because he goes straight for the outdoor kitties and fights with them and he is sneaky and intent on getting outside to where they are. He has not been exposed to dogs so I do not know how he would do. My guess is with work, they might get along. He needs people and with all of my husbands growing health issues I just cannot invest in him like he needs. He seems to need people around a lot.

This is a very well behaved smart cat. He was my niece's cat but then she got a boyfriend I moved out. She doesn't understand that a cat can't live on his own. He needs a home that is loving and he needs attention. Right now he is living at my house but we have a lot of dogs and we are scared to let him go around the dogs because we don't know if they will get him. He was a kitten when she got him and he has had lots of love so he's very friendly and very well behaved. She just moved out a couple of months ago and it is just too much stress to try to keep him apart from the dogs and make sure that he has enough attention. Really looking for a loving home this is an exotic looking cat and a very smart cat he just now has grown to his full size he was a kitten a couple of months ago. He is playful gentle and loving. Whoever gets this cat will be very happy.

Clooney is "the perfect cat." He is extremely handsome; quiet; well-behaved; and doesn't ask for much. He likes to just "hang out": sit on the sofa or comfy-chair, and watch what's going on. He gets along with other cats, but doesn't particularly care for most of them. Clooney likes to just be a cat. He will come and sit with you when he feels like it. Otherwise, he'll just hang out by himself. It takes him a while to warm up to a person but when he does, he's such a sweet guy. He's subtle - give him time. Once you get to know him, you'll love him. He likes dry kibble as much, if not more, than wet food. He is generally given Fancy Feast or Friskies wet food, and has received several different types of dry food and Churros treats.One critical thing to know: He will ONLY use (traditional) unscented clumping litter like "Dr. Elsey's." He doesn't know what to do with pellet litter, or with any of the new fancy types of litter. So long as you just use regular clumping litter there are no problems at all. (And he's a very tidy cat - he keeps himself clean and well groomed.) But he really has a problem with non-traditional litters, and won't use the box if that's what's in it. Other than that, he's the perfect cat.
