Story
Hi, meet Anas a loving cat that loves cuddles and hugs. He loves to play while chasing the swifter mop or just laying down at my feet to watch TV together. He loves going outside on a leash in a quiet area to explore and get some fresh air. He’s mostly a house cat though. He loves Tika cat food and will cooperate with grooming as long as treats are involved. He’s fun to play with but tires easily and loves a good nap together.

Story
Sabrina-Russian Blue X female, ~ 2 yr. (Jan. 2026) Please contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application Sabrina came to Rescue when she strayed into a farm as a kitten. She tried to hang out in the barn with the cats but was not accepted. The farmers wife felt bad for her as the other cats were hard on Sabrina. She asked us to help her find a home where she would be safe and feel the love she deserves. Sabrina is now in a foster home and doing well. She's a beautiful, loving cat, will make a wonderful companion but she is shy and needs an adopter that can work with that. It's well worth the effort!! Sabrina's adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Please include your location and a phone number for future communication.

Story
Meet Lee!  This is Lee — a brave, beautiful, and absolutely loving one-year-old boy who has been through more than any sweet cat ever should. Despite being abandoned and suffering injuries from other cats — including damage to one of his eyes that will need to be removed — Lee’s spirit is unshakeable and his heart is wide open. This incredible boy never stopped trusting, never stopped loving, and never stopped being the amazing cat he truly is.  Lee’s Story:  Lee came to us after facing some of life’s hardest moments. Left to fend for himself, he suffered injuries that left his eye badly damaged. He is scheduled for eye removal, but don’t let that fool you for even a second — Lee is healing, thriving, and ready to find the loving home he has always deserved.  Why Lee Will Amaze You:   Loving & Affectionate — Despite everything he has been through, Lee is one of the most loving and trusting cats you will ever meet. His capacity for love is truly remarkable  Social & Friendly — Lee loves people and isn’t shy about it! He warms up quickly and will make you feel like the most special person in the world  Walking Purring Biscuit Maker — This cuddly boy is always making biscuits and purring as he seeks out attention, pets, and love  Playful & Fun — Lee has great energy and loves to play! His past has not dimmed his joyful, kitten-like spirit  Catnip Enthusiast — Lee goes absolutely wild for catnip… and he is not even a little sorry about it!  Wet Food Lover — He appreciates the finer things in life, and wet food is definitely at the top of his list  Cat Tree Climber — Give Lee a cat tree and he’s in his happy place, climbing and watching the world like a king  Lap Cat — After playtime, Lee loves nothing more than curling up in your lap for well-deserved snuggles  Good with Other Cats — Lee enjoys feline friends and would do well in a multi-cat home  Good with Kids — He does well with children, making him a wonderful addition to a loving family A Note About His Eye:  Lee is having surgery on April 20th to remove his eye and will need to be adopted or fostered while he recovers. One-eyed cats — lovingly known as “pirates” — live full, happy, completely normal lives. Lee won’t miss a beat! He’ll still climb, play, chase toys, roll in catnip, and snuggle in your lap like the perfect boy he is.  Lee has already shown the world just how strong, resilient, and loving he truly is. Now it’s time for someone to show him that same love in return. He deserves a soft place to land, a warm lap to call his own, and a family who will never let him go again. Will you be Lee’s person?  Adoption fee: $200, includes first 2 FVRCP vaccines, sterilized, dewormed, flea preventatives, microchip   If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and a representative will get back to you shortly to answer any questions you may have. Story
Meet Charlie Lion, a handsome 3-year-old Russian Blue with soft silver fur and a tender heart. Charlie was surrendered when his owner moved, and while that change was difficult, he’s ready for a fresh start with a family who will truly cherish him. Charlie loves lounging in sunny windows, soaking up warm rays while watching the world go by. He enjoys cuddles, gentle petting, and being held — happiest when he’s close to his person. Playful and affectionate, he has a sweet, loving personality that shines once he feels secure. Right now, Charlie looks a little scruffy because he had to be cleaned up and shaved in a few places, a sign that he hasn’t had the TLC he deserves. But beneath that temporary haircut is a beautiful boy who simply needs love, care, and stability to fully bloom again. He seems to enjoy the company of other cats and, with proper introductions, could do well in a home with feline friends. More than anything, Charlie is ready for a trusting, loving relationship in his forever home — one where he’ll be safe, adored, and never left behind again. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who will brighten your windowsill and your heart, Charlie Lion is ready for his second chance. Adoption fee includes: first 2 FVRCP vaccines, deworming, flea preventatives, sterilized, microchip Adoption fee: $200.00   If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and a representative will get back to you shortly to answer any questions you may have. Story
Hi everyone! I'm looking to rehome my cat. He's a British Shorthair about 3 years old and is an inside cat. I want a better and more social home from him, as I'm barely home anymore and do not see that changing anytime soon. He's very chill, he does warm up to people normally but he's not the most cuddly-wanting cat which worked for me but that's not everyone's cup of tea. He is playful and the most complaining I ever get from him is when it's bath time! He already has a litter box, box of toys, water fountain & its filters, food plates, grooming brush, and clippers.
