“Beautiful Angel” I got a call last week about two cats that were soon to be homeless and put outdoors because their owner’s passed away. When I found out “Angel” was a senior and only has “3 legs”, I said I would take both Angel and the other cat named “Lucky”. It was an hour drive to Atwell Ohio, but I made it and picked up both cats. Both are very loving and affectionate cats. They are “not” a bonded pair. Angel is a beautiful Russian Blue mix cat. She is 12 years old, spayed and has tested negative for leukemia/FIV. She is a sweet cat and is so content just snuggling on my sofa. Tug is a gorgeous three-month-old long-haired blue kitten with a silky coat and the striking look of a Nebelung. He’s also polydactyl, so those extra toes just add to his irresistible charm! Tug’s story is one of resilience. He came to us as a tiny kitten from a hoarding situation and needed a lot of extra care to survive. He fought through a difficult start and has blossomed into a healthy, happy little boy with so much love to give. He’s sweet, curious, and loves to explore. Tug is the kind of kitten who likes to be involved in everything, investigating every corner of the house and chasing anything that moves. While he enjoys affection, he also has an independent streak. Sometimes he’ll happily accept pets and snuggles, but other times he’ll let you know—with an adorable little cry—that he has important kitten business to attend to! If you pick him up when he’s in exploration mode, he’ll politely protest as if to say, “Put me down…I have things to do!” He has been living with my 75# dog who is extremely laid back and he has done well.  Adoption is $200 which includes his neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, microchip and current monthly prevention. He isn’t a super cuddly cat but he’s super loving and sweet, He’s great with dogs , other cats, and kids . I really don’t want to let go of him but do to financial reasons I have to , I want him to go to a loving home and live his best life
