Allister was rescued with his mom and siblings from the dangers of outdoors. While his mom and siblings went on to be adopted, there was something a little different about Allister. Upon veterinary examination, Allister was diagnosed with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a neurologic condition affecting the parts of the brain controlling balance, coordination, and fine motor skills. But don't be fooled, this condition is not contagious or painful, and it certainly doesn't slow Allister down! While he is a little shy at first, once he gets comfortable and adjusted to his environment, he's as sweet as can be! He will meow for pets and make you fall in love with his adorable face. Chiquita and her 5 kittens were found on the streets ,hungry and trying to survive.They are being cared for at an experienced foster home where they are receiving plenty of food and love. She and her kittens have been vaccinated and altered. She will be microchipped before going to her new family. Chiquita has been FIV /FeLV tested (-) and She is in good health. The vets office thought she could be a Russian Blue but we arent sure due to her eye color. Whatever breed this sweetheart is doesn’t really matter because she is beautiful, loving and deserves a wonderful home and family to spend the rest of her life with. Bea has adapted beautifully and moves through life with grace, confidence, and endless purrs. She’s a shining example of resilience and love, ready to hop into the arms of her forever family. She is dog friendly, LOVES humans and cannot get enough love from her people! She has a $125 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. We are a registered, volunteer run 501c3 non-profit organization. Free transport is regularly available to Wayne/Holmes County areas! We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
