Finley has been very lucky and has been able to stay in a foster home, and this is what we have learned so far. Unfortunately, we do not know Finley`s past, but he can be skittish around new people, loud noises, or unfamiliar situations. Because of this, he`ll need a patient, understanding adopter who can give him the time and space to build trust at his own pace. Once he feels safe, Finley`s true personality shines through. He is incredibly loving, loyal, and affectionate, and forms deep bonds with the people he trusts. He adores other dogs, children, and hanging out outside, and he`s grown to really love car rides.  Watching him come out of his shell is truly rewarding. Finley is looking for a calm, compassionate home where he can continue to heal, feel secure, and finally experience the love he deserves.The Red Bluff Rundown has sponsored his adoption fee!
