Story
Meet Nani
Nani is a beautiful young Samoyed puppy with a story of survival, resilience, and endless love.
Nani and her sister, Poppy (Dalrae), were rescued from an illegal breeding facility in South Korea when they were less than two months old. Their mother tragically died while giving birth, and the puppies were left behind in a property filled with trash, waste, and neglect. Fortunately, they were found and rescued before they could suffer the same fate.
Since their rescue, Nani has blossomed into a happy, confident, and affectionate puppy. She loves people, adores other dogs, and approaches life with the joyful enthusiasm that Samoyeds are famous for. Her days are filled with playful adventures—chasing birds across the yard, rolling in the dirt, and "talking" while she plays. If you know Samoyeds, you'll understand that their cheerful vocalizations are part of their charm!
Nani is currently 5 months old. Her sister Poppy has already found a loving family in Virginia and is waiting for her flight to the United States. While Nani is slightly calmer than her sister, that comparison only exists between the two of them—she is still a very active, playful, and mischievous puppy who loves having fun.
Nani is crate trained and is doing very well with house training. She primarily goes potty outdoors, though she occasionally has an accident, which is completely normal for a puppy her age. She has an excellent appetite and is highly food motivated, making her a great candidate for continued training.
Like most young puppies, Nani is still learning leash manners and will benefit from ongoing walks and positive reinforcement training. Other than that, we have not observed any behavioral concerns.
Nani is looking for a family who will cherish her as a beloved companion and provide her with the love, guidance, and stability every puppy deserves. In return, she will offer a lifetime of unconditional love, laughter, and loyalty.
Could Nani be the missing piece of your family?
* Our Adoption Process
With the exception of a small number of dogs living in foster homes, most of our rescue dogs are cared for in private shelters in South Korea while they wait for their forever families. Once a match is made, we guide adopters through a professional and fully legal international adoption process.
The adoption fee includes the expenses required to prepare each dog for their journey home, such as international transportation, a microchip, vaccinations, veterinary care, and an airline-approved travel crate. Every dollar goes toward helping our dogs travel safely and begin their new lives with the families who love them.
