History: 🧡 From Texas to Midwest 🤠—- A group of deserving dogs was recently welcomed as part of our Texas Transport Program! A program launched to make an impactful difference for our partner shelters in Texas facing the overpopulation of animals with limited resources and low adoption rates. We are excited to help these southern gems find loving forever homes to call their own! A Note from the Foster: This extroverted lady is ready to meet her forever family. She’s not shy in the least. She is happy to meet new people, dogs, and even cats. With people, she wants to be pet, to play, to be next to you, and give you kisses. She would love for you to take her for a walk. We are working on not jumping up to greet you and not pulling on her leash. With dogs, she is excited to meet them and wants to play. She can be a bit overbearing trying to get them to play. My old lady is not into it, so we are working on Sky not trying to make the other dog play. With cats, she is very curious but not aggressive. My cats stand their ground, so she gives them space. I’m not sure what she would do if they ran from her, though. We are still getting to know her but so far have found that she is potty trained and will sit for you. She doesn’t love the kennel but will sleep in it all night in your room, not in a room by herself. She is medium to medium-high energy but will settle nicely. She’s a sweet girl with a fun personality.

We are excited to help these southern gems find loving forever homes to call their own! A Note from the Foster: Raindrop is a fluffy, soulful sweetheart who truly loves being with his people. He’s the kind of pup who will happily follow you from room to room just to be close. At night, he sleeps well, though he may take a little time to settle in before drifting off. Treats don’t run his world! He’s way more interested in affection, praise, and simply being a part of the family. He’s learning about potty training and enjoys getting outside to explore. Raindrop is curious about the household cat but has shown no aggression, just gentle interest. If you’re looking for a loving, people oriented, pup who values snuggles over snacks Raindrop might just be the perfect match. 💕
