Broono and his sister Avery are a bonded pair of 10 year old Beagle/Jack Russell Terrier mixes. They are siblings/littermates who have been together in the same home for ten years. Their young owner has had them since she was only 9 years old, but tragically her mother passed away and she is unable to care for her childhood dogs on her own and has made the heartbreaking decision to have to find them a new home. They are both housebroken and crate trained. They can be shy intially with new people but warm up very quickly, especially with snacks. They love belly rubs and snackies the best. They have previously lived with another small dog and did okay, but ideally we would like to see them as the only dogs in the home to make their transition easier since transitioning two dogs who have only ever known one home is already a lot of stress. They do okay with children but because they are older and shy they would be happiest in a quieter home with only older, calm children. No kitties, please. BONDED PAIR, one adoption fee of  $150 for the pair, includes:Dog spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations.30 days of free pet insurance through MetLifeA free "clean start" bath, ear cleaning, teeth brushing and nail trim at ScenthoundFree training support for the life of the pet, including group classes.
