‘OZ’ THEMED PUPPY: Approx. 6 months old / Approx. 13 lbs. & growing Hello, I’m Glinda! My sister and I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control, and we have been so grateful for all the love and care we are receiving. My sister was recently adopted, so now it is time for me to find a home of my very own. So exciting! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I love my sibling as well as other dogs that I met at Mostly Mutts. My foster thinks I’d do well with a dog that would play with me, so if you have a nice doggie that would like a puppy friend, let’s meet! / Having likely never seen a kitty before meeting the one in my short break foster home, I was interested – but not in an aggressive way. Play bowing and a bit of chasing ensued, but my foster felt that – because I’m very young, I’d likely do well with a dog-friendly kitty in my new home. / I haven’t met kids since coming to Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that may fall on me or that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I am a playful, happy, active and energetic pup who enjoys rambunctious play! The volunteers say that I am super sweet and adorable, doing happy wiggles and tail wags when they come to take me for my walks! I get into typical ‘puppy mischief’ as I explore using my mouth, so – chew toys need to be always available! Fun and very playful, I am going to be a great addition to an active household. / My energy level is 6-8. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm enrolled in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already mastered the ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘stay’, ‘drop it’ and ‘place’ commands as well as how to accept friendly strangers without jumping. I look forward to learning more! / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts, and I willingly went in there during the day while visiting my short break foster home – perhaps seeing it as my own little space. I didn’t love sleeping in it – probably not so much not liking the crate as not liking being separated from my people. I think a little time and positive reinforcement will help me get used to it. / Still a puppy, my potty habits are a work in progress. I've been having some accidents on the shelter schedule and also had some in my short break foster home. Frequent take-outs on a good, consistent schedule will help me master my potty skills. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I LOVE toys and am definitely still teething, so I’m a big fan of anything to chew on. I also LOVE to play so my short break foster thinks a doggie playmate would be beneficial. At the shelter, I really enjoy playing in the play yard, so a fenced yard in my new home where we can have great play sessions would be AWESOME! After my shelter walks, I love to sit on the bench with the volunteers and collect all the belly rubs. / A social pup, I don’t love missing out on the household goings-on. Otherwise, I can’t think of things I don’t like yet since I’m young, but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise and training. • MEDICAL: I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow. I’m also micro-chipped and spayed. If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga. July 15, 2025, 8:16 am
