Story
We got Cooper at KCPP about 2yrs ago during my last pregnancy. My husband had to put down his pup and Cooper was the spitting image of the last pup. Unfortunately after our daughter was born, he got a bit aggressive towards our kids. The kids will run by him and he growls. There are moments that he has snapped at my oldest Who is 3 (he is a really hyper kiddo). I’ve intervened before any more aggression happened. We have tried training, kenneling and even separating him from the family. During these situations, he gets extremely whiny and barks quite a bit. He has also had urination issues because of the separation so he may have a bit of separation anxiety. I’m looking for a home that can easily accommodate his needs. Unfortunately my mental health hasn’t been the greatest and I feel as if he could use a better home than what I’m able to give.
