I’m Nellie, a beautiful tri-color beagle looking for the beagle-lovers out there!I came to the Humane Society of York County when a kind person found me as a stray, emaciated and freezing. I’m a medium-size young girl, about 20-25 pounds, and my estimated birth date is December 2024.I’m getting much-needed TLC with a foster family, and they say I’m going to be a wonderful pet in my forever home. I’m doing well with my house-training and do great on my walks. I get along well with the cats in my foster home (maybe I give a little chase if they run!) and 3 other dogs.I’m proving to be an affectionate, sweet pup and my foster family says I’m a smart girl.Beagle people know that we are wonderful, friendly family pets!If you wish to meet me, please call the Humane Society of York County at (803)-802-0902 to schedule an appointment.Please refer to our website for adoption requirements: https://humanesocietyofyorkcounty.org/adopt/adoption-process.htmlThank you for your support.
