Story
My wife Lucy and I adopted Roberta from Aarf shelter in Richmond about 6 years ago. She was about a year old at the time. Shes healthy and has never had health issues. She has velvety soft fur and is a sweetie pie. She has an uncanny food motivation and loves people, although she oscillates between friendly and indifferent to other dogs, given other stimuli. (She has a hound brother) She is potty trained (knows the expectation) and mostly potties outside but will sometimes potty inside. She loves her crate but has always, since we tried to crate train her as a pup, gotten anxious when its locked. Her ideal home is with someone who can give her lots of love and attention. She loves walks and open spaces outside. Top 6 Roberta descriptors: 1.Sweet 2.Loyal 3.Soft 4.Impeccable Snuggler 5.Independent 6.Hungry! My wife and are looking to rehome her because we have a 5 year old son and are welcoming our 2nd son in addition to our other hound. We love her very much.
