Story
Tucker is a fantastic dog. He’s a ball of energy, loves to play, loves all humans and animals. He’s house trained and has a crate appropriate for his size. He prefers blankets instead of a dog bed. He loves strong chew toys, (who doesn’t like a good challenge.) He only barks when he gets excited, like when someone comes to visit. He loves to go for walks. He’s a really good dog who just needs all the love and affection he can get.

We have only had him for a week, so we are still getting to know his quirks and personality.  He likes to have his people time, with ear scratches and belly rubs and being carried around the house like the little prince he is, but also enjoys quiet time in a closet or a corner of the house that is not occupied - as he transitions from being a pound dog to being in a home.  He hangs out in his dog bed most days and will kennel if needed but doesn't like it.  We walk him 3 times a day which has worked to get him to potty with no accidents in the house.  He may do well with a dog buddy to show him how to dog.  Naz has met several dogs and a couple of cats and has done well.  He absolutely loved having our 4-year-old granddaughter in the house.  He followed her around and ran around with her the whole time she was visiting.  Naz is a little shy, but is a real cuddlebug once you gain his trust. To view additional dogs available for adoption, please see our website: www.4luvofdog.org May 15, 2024, 9:04 pm
