Meet Domino 🎲 Domino is a 5-year-old poodle mix who came to us as an owner surrender. She’s a sweet, gentle girl who thrives in a calm, predictable environment. Domino would do best in a home without small children and would prefer to be the only dog, though she can coexist with another calm dog as more of a “hang-out buddy” rather than a playmate. Domino does have some medical needs, but they are very manageable with the right food and proper care—and she handles her routine like a champ! She’s a low-key lady who loves to sleep, cuddle, and relax with her people. Daily walks are a must—she absolutely loves her walkies and looks forward to them every day ❤️ Domino is looking for a peaceful home where she can feel safe, loved, and understood. If you’re searching for a loyal companion who enjoys the quieter side of life, Domino just might be your perfect match!

Hello, World! I’m Lucky! 🐾 ​Stop scrolling, because your new co-pilot has arrived! I’m a 2-year-old, all-white Poodle mix, and while I’m a bit on the skinny side right now at 40 lbs, I’m working hard on my "rescue glow-up" and plan on filling out beautifully with a few more treats. I’m what my foster calls a "high-voltage" kind of guy—I’m basically a social butterfly powered by a lightning bolt! I’ll happily run circles around you in the yard until my battery finally hits 1%, and then I am 100% dedicated to serious snuggling. ​I should probably tell you that I have very high standards when it comes to my "office" space. I’m fully potty trained, but I’m a bit of a lawn connoisseur; I only accept the finest grass (natural or artificial) for his business. Dirt or gravel? No thank you! A refined gentleman has a reputation to uphold, after all. ​When I’m not inspecting the local greenery, you can usually find me in the car. I’m a professional passenger and I strongly prefer the front seat so I can keep an eye on the road just like a human. I’m still practicing my "zen" in my crate and working on my leash manners—I just get so excited to meet new besties that I tend to pull! The best part is that my friends at the rescue want to help me become the best boy ever, so basic training group classes are included with my adoption to help me master my leash walking and more! ​I absolutely adore humans of all sizes, but since I’m surprisingly strong for a "skinny lil guy," I might accidentally play a game of "bowling for toddlers," so I’d do best with kids who are sturdy on their feet. I would be perfectly happy as your one-and-only, but I’d truly thrive with a fur-brother or sister to help me keep my social calendar full. Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, just walk right in. Bim is about 12 yrs old and weighs about 18 lbs. Unfortunately, he came into a shelter as a stray so we have no back history, more will be known about me soon. A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet. If you are interested in Bim, please contact dogrescuelv@hotmail.com to confirm the dog you are interested in, will be attending that particular event. We have limited space at the store, therefore we can not take every dog out to the event. This pet comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org . This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle Bim into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy and they'll respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. This pet is spayed/neutered, has current vaccinations and includes a microchip, deworming and 2 free vet visits, including a Healthy Start Certificate with the VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply). Adoption fee applies. Please make sure you have read the information listed on the homepage for requirements and restrictions. Foster homes & volunteers are always needed. Please contact us regarding how you can help by fostering or volunteering for our organization.
