Story
We have had Texas since he was a puppy, almost 4 years. We have nine children and a few small children. The kids have created anxiety in him because they can be rough with him at times. He shakes and gets scared with strangers as well. He would do well in a home without small children. He is very loyal, likes to lay on you. We love him very much and hate to have to rehome him but we truly feel that it is in his best interest to find him a home that is calmer and doesn't have small children.

Story
We have a lot of new faces here at The Rescue Inn ! This is Neville, a 2-5 year old mini poodle! Neville - formerly Pooh Bear - came to us from our friends at the Holmes County Dog Warden's Department and Adoption Center! They did an amazing job trapping Neville and getting him safe. Neville is about 18 1/2 pounds. He is currently shaved before his fur was too far gone to be groomed after he was running amuck. His fur is a red color when grown out. Neville is looking for a quieter forever home! He is doing really well in foster care with dogs of all ages and sizes. Neville would excel with a canine friend to give confidence and follow as a role model. Neville does great on leash. Neville doesn't mind being held, and he is on the shy side right now. With time and as his bond strengthens with a new family, that may change.
