Story
My name is Stella. I am almost 5 years old. I am not well socialized but do well with dogs in the home that I know. Due to my lack of socialization I am reactive on the leash toward other dogs. I am loving and easily excited during play time and walking. I love attention and kids. I have Scottie cramp so if I become too excited during walks or play time I cramp up. This does not affect my health but I do need time to calm down before I can proceed. I am kennel and doggie door trained. I am a good hunter and track lizards and mice. I have anxiety related to fireworks and groomers due to a previous groomer clipping the tip of my ear. I am a good dog that requires some TLC and practice to help me reach my full potential.

Story
Vinnie was adopted in January 2025 at almost 1 year old. He will be two on April 12. We have worked hard on training and he has done well. He does well with dogs and people. He doesn’t really bark at all, but is vocal in that he kind of “talks”. It’s pretty funny. He’s extremely sweet and affectionate. Not an aggressive bone in his body. He does however need a person and/or dog friend around. He doesn’t do well without almost constant companionship. I now have some things that require me to be away from home for periods of time and it’s not ideal for Vinnie. A home where someone is there most of the time and can give him the attention he needs is necessary. He is crate trained and house trained.

Story
Sweet Gorda is the ultimate proof that love knows no bounds! Despite spending her entire life outdoors with very little interaction or affection, she has the most incredible, forgiving heart. You’d never guess her rough start once you meet her; she is a total snuggle bug who literally melts into you the moment she’s picked up. She is a friend to everyone she meets, getting along beautifully with humans and dogs of all sizes! While we haven’t seen her around cats yet, her gentle and sweet-natured personality shines through in everything she does. Gorda is dreaming of a cozy indoor life, but she’ll need a patient family to help her learn the ropes of being a "house dog" for the very first time. She’ll need some guidance with potty training, kennel comfort, and leash walking when the timing is right. ‍ To get her ready for her forever home, she is already current on her vaccines, microchipped, and has her spay surgery scheduled! If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will cherish every bit of love you give her, Gorda is waiting to meet you. Please complete an adoption application at www.pathwaysforpaws.com. If she fits your family and lifestyle, you will be contacted within 48 hours. Click HERE for the adoption application. ##2629588##
