Story
Baby Leo came to us from the same Breeder who gave us Xanadu, Ella, and Cookie. Due to health reasons, she is reducing her numbers and maybe closing her Scottish Fold Cattery. I was very curious to see Baby Leo when he arrived because of his beauty, his blue eyes, very folded ears and silver/ white fur. I happen to know his parents came from Ukraine. He arrived Leo said "Oh my goodness I am really upset to leave my home!. What's happening? " Cats just don't like surprises and that first day poor Baby Leo was shy and reclusive. I said" OK I'll leave you alone. I can wait." Well I didn't have to wait long. Just a few days later there he was: a very cuddly young absolute love bug. Now when he feels safe, and when you focus your attention on him , he absolutely can't get enough of you. The photos and video show that. He has a very, very generous heart and gives himself away totally. The Breeder said that" any family that gets him will be so lucky to have him". And it took me just that first week to see what she meant. A year old now, Baby Leo will grow a bit bigger and will have more confidence in his new life in the next couple years. He's kind of in his young colt stage.-long legs and slender, long body, all playfulness and curiousity. As a kitten, he caught an illness from his mother, FIP, feline infectious peritonitis. With his mother, he went through the medication protocol and they both came out fine and healthy. Baby Leo has a common remnant of that illness, however. He can walk and run just fine, but he has a little wobble in his hind legs that shows up sometimes. You don't always see it, but it's there and I just want you to know about it. Nerves, I know, recover slowly and he may still be outgrowing that or it may never completely leave. The important thing is that he can run and play and it doesn't bother him at all. He doesn't need any medical care or exams for it. His sparkling fur is silky, soft and surprisingly easy to care for. Baby Leo doesn't have much of the cottony undercoat that mats up so easily. You will find you need to wipe his face occasionally because any little amount of tears will show against the whiteness of his fur. We have a little canister of 2 inch premoistened eye wipes that makes that all so easy. Other than that, he uses his box perfectly and loves to eat food, he's a very easy care little kitty. We've checked his ears and they're fine and clean. We also have the little one finger wipes that make cleaning ears a breeze. Even though his ears are folded, and he has blue eyes, his hearing seems to be just fine. This breeder let her kitties run around free in her house, so her kitties were well socialized and are very familiar and comfortable with other cats. Leo would be happy with other cats as long as they weren't dominant or mean to him. This is a tender kitty, who at this stage in his life is still a little thoughtful about feeling safe and loved. I don't think he's ever met dogs so that would need to be an extra careful introduction to a respectful dog. I do think he'd be happy to have the company of a friendly kitty and I think that would be good for him. He will definitely bond very deeply with his new family so it would be best if they were in the home most of the time. As the Breeder said "some family will be so lucky to have his loving company "He is a treasure. He is being offered for adoption only to families who live in the state of California. Baby Leo is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz, California. Story
Lolli sees the world from rose-colored glasses. She proves that nothing can stop you if you want to do it and Lolli has got plenty of love and adoring looks to give! Lolli came to us with a congenital deformity in her shoulders which impairs her hind end mobility somewhat but that doesn’t stop her from doing everything her foster mates do, including climbing the tall cat tree and stealing toys if she so desires. Her lack of hind end strength doesn’t stop this girl from living her best life, appreciating every happy life has! This girl is full of personality and very outgoing. You can expect Lolli to be close to you and nuzzle up to you for love and play most of the time! She loves playing with all sorts of toys, sliding into home base, having other kitty friends who are a bit on the softer side of playful and just getting her happy on, and with a face like hers who could resist?! As with most precious things, this gem does require some special care, Lolli, while she can defecate on her own, does best when expressed at least twice daily. While that can be intimidating, it’s much easier than most think. While Scottish fold cats are known for their signature folded ears, they’re actually born with straight ears. The fold begins to develop when the kitten is between 18 and 24 days old, but only if they have the gene that is responsible for the fold. Lolli does not have the folder ear gene. Lolli is an adorable, happy, affectionate, sweet, silly girl who will make a purr-fect companion for some lucky family. Lolli is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet food, and eats dry food. She currently lives with her foster family in Sacramento. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Lolli please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Dayna at meandmyfosters@outlook.com If you are unable to reach Dayna please email us at info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. Story
Well, this kitty is quite the character!. Her breeder had named her Xana and I changed that when I got to know her to Xanadu since she's very exotic. And she's very much a one of a kind kitty. Her breeder had described her to me as" extra chubby". I said Great II love chubby cats!. But then I found she isn't really chubby (maybe just a little) and she was quick to agree with me. First of all she makes you laugh immediately with her dead pan expression. Then.you see her intelligence and her utter determination to be who she is. She is a character. She often sticks her little tongue out in a little tiny "u"shape. She does this. to manipulate you because she knows it's irresistible. She loves attention and she knows how to be extremely cute. She a little powerhouse and she thinks that she's more than enough kitty for any family to have. Which is to say she's a little dominant over other cats and would prefer to be the only cat in the home. It's not that she doesn't like cats. It's just that they get in the way of the attention she wants from you. So we think a perfect home for her would only have her as the supreme pet ruler of the family. It would also probably be better if she wasn't competing with kids under the age of four for your attention.Same reason. Xandi's a very hard-working cat and will easily earn all the love you end up showering on her. And of course all the food you end up giving her. She definitely does like to eat and will try to train you exactly how to feed her. Of course. She's called a lilac colored Scottish Fold which describes the soft gray brown color of her fur. She will fit into any home decor.( neutral grey brown is so trendy right now.) This lilac fur is set off by odd patches and lightning stripes of white here and there across her body. Xanadu's a wonderful girl. She's enormous fun and will make her new family very happy indeed. Xanadu is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz, California. Xanadu is: Neutered/Spayed, Vaccinated, FELV Tested, Dewormed, Microchipped, Wet Food, Dry Food, Litter Box Perfect Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home. Story
Boba is curious, brave, and affectionate. She's a rare Highlander mix, with folded ears and a beautiful medium-length orange coat. She is completely unfazed by her foster home's resident dog, and she asks for pets with her paws and head bops. She loves windows and wants to be by one at all times. She is super athletic and playful, and demands multiple sessions of wand play a day. Boba and her buddy McFlurry absolutely love each other's company and sleep together throughout the day. Their favorite toys are any wand toys and little springs. They also get along great with other cats. Prior to adoption, all cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. This cat is currently in a foster home. To meet her, please fill out an adoption application so that we'll have your contact information, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Story
You may have thought dinosaurs were extinct, but we’ve got a prehistoric gem right here! Dinosaur is a sweet, gentle, and loving kitten, and you don’t even need to visit a museum to see him! He has all the right cat attributes- gentle, loving, affectionate, snuggly, playful, and adorable. You can’t say the same thing about a T-Rex! He will please you with his funny antics, and take away all your stress as you watch him play. And if you enjoy being draped in a living fur coat of cats, look no further! Because once he’s worn himself out he’ll toddle over to you and snuggle up on your chest or under your chin. Dinosaur is a very easygoing cat, and gets along well with other cats. While he has no experience yet with dogs, he’d most likely do just fine with a friendly, gentle pooch. Since most prehistoric animals are extinct, Dinosaur only had a mere human for a mother, so it’s imperative he remain an indoor-only cat. He enjoys lickable treats, interactive toys, and a life of spoiled cat luxury. But his FAVORITE plaything is another kitten (preferably one of his four equally amazing littermates)! And please, don’t forget the cat tree and electric blanket, because this dinosaur has grown accustomed to his modern creature comforts! This little prehistoric kitten (& his littermates!) would love to see you, so why not come by and meet a little piece of the past? Not everyone can say they’ve met a dinosaur!

Story
Violetta is the sweetest little snugglebug! She absolutely loves humans, and the moment you sit down, she wants to be on your lap! Violet is also brave and curious, and enjoys playing in a wonderfully frenzied manner. It’s quite relaxing and entertaining to watch her playful antics and is the ideal way to instantly remove all your stress. Violet doesn’t shy away from new people or situations and would do very well in a home with plenty of doting and playful children! Some of her most notable skills are: sleeping in strange and uncomfortable places, providing her humans with the warmth of a living fur coat, fighting with the sheets during bed making, inspecting the inside of the dishwasher, playing “Kitten Football” with children, and chasing that pesky old mop. Violetta is looking for a home where she can continue with her luxurious lifestyle, because she’s grown quite accustomed to it! This includes things like interactive toys, a cat tree, a window bed, & Churu lickable treats! She loves going for walks in her pet stroller, plus you’ll look really cool when your neighbors see you pushing a pram with kittens inside! She does well with other cats and would probably do just fine with a friendly dog. However, Violetta’s absolute favorite playthings are OTHER KITTENS! She and her four brothers all have similar personalities, making them ideal companions! Adopting kittens in pairs has many benefits, such as providing one another companionship and entertainment when their humans are away. Violetta must have a home where she can snuggle in bed with humans, just don’t be surprised to wake up with a cat on your chest or under your chin! It is imperative that she remain an indoor-only cat, since Violetta’s only had a mere human for a momma, and has no knowledge or experience with the outside world (& the world is a scary place!). So if you’ve got an active household and you’re looking for love in all the right places, this is the kitten for you! Come visit Violetta and her littermates in their foster home, but be forewarned: you won’t want to go home empty-handed!
