Story
*** Benji & Gabby are in a foster home. ***Benji #19681: black & white tuxedo, short hair, neutered male, born 3/24/25 Gabby #19854: black/orange tortoiseshell, medium hair, sp. female, born approx. 4/12/25Cats: **BONDED PAIR**Dogs: goodChildren: elementary+BACKGROUND: Benji was only a few hours old when a person found him and promptly took him to a vet; when the finder refused to try to reunite Benji with the mother cat, the vet contacted The Rescue House and he moved to a neonate-capable foster. Gabby was found by a realtor on a property she was working on and joined Benji as his foster sister.PERSONALITY: Benji and Gabby love to play and love to cuddle and purr in your lap! They bat little springs all over the place, carry their toys around, send their trackball spinning, and view life as a game. They go a mile a minute as they chase each other around sounding like adorable feline elephants. They’re easy to pick up and carry and are all-around sweethearts.---Benji is particularly fond of licking your skin and can sometimes take that into love nibbles, but he distracts easily enough. He focuses on you come play-time, too, sneakily pouncing at your leg as you walk by… surprise!---Gabby’s fur is silky-soft. She is particularly fond of their water fountain and can often be found playing in the water, so it’s a good idea to have a mat underneath to catch the spills.---Benji and Gabby MUST be adopted together.COMPATIBILITY: Benji and Gabby are a package deal, good with other cats, and have fostered comfortably with a small senior Chihuahua. Gabby prefers to avoid younger children so we recommend a home with calm and respectful kids elementary aged and up.Will Benji and Gabby bring their joy to your heart and home?

Story
*** Liberty, Scout, Glory, Valor & Marina are in a foster home. ***Liberty #19939: solid black, medium hair, spayed female, born approx. 9/9/25 Scout #19940: black/brown tabby, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 9/9/25Glory #19941: white/brown/black tabby, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 9/9/25Valor #19942: white/brown/black tabby, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 9/9/25Marina #19943: black/brown tabby, medium hair, spayed female, born approx. 9/9/25 Cats: must have playmateDogs: goodChildren: all ages BACKGROUND: These valiant kittens were about three weeks old when they were found in a beach rock pile by a member of the Coast Guard! (Liberty ran out when she heard people.) Others at the base donated goods to get the cold dirty kittens warm, cleaned up, and fed until they could move to a bottle-feeding foster.PERSONALITY: Purry and playful, sweet and silly, fun-loving and fantastic!---Fluffers Liberty and Marina are the mega-cuddlers who like to be held the most. Both have very loud purrs and they also chirp rather than meow! (So cute.) Their favorite toys are wands, though Marina also likes to carry her little mice or pom-pom prey around the house.---Scout is the quietest who likes to observe for a while first when he meets new people. Once he is comfortable, he’ll come up to you for pets and snuggles… and his favorite belly rubs! He is especially fond of the resident dog and will pounce on her tail and enjoys when she grooms him.---Glory and Valor are the most outgoing and energetic: they play non-stop, are very inquisitive, and only want to hold still for cuddles when they are done playing (for now). They are very loveable with very loud purrs, they are just Very Busy kittens! They need to ambush their siblings, climb All The Things, hijack cardboard boxes, and go nuts on the interactive play mat.COMPATIBILITY: They each must have a welcoming kitty playmate—we highly recommend siblings! They are great with the resident cats in their foster home as well as the cat-savvy dog, and they have been comfortable being handled by a toddler. The Coast Guard kittens are always ready… are you ready for them to join your family?
