Sweetboy was found abandoned at an outdoor cat colony. It was clear that he was a dumped pet and would not survive outside. I took him inside to foster him, and got him fully vetted and microchipped. He is in good health, about 2 years old, and FIV positive. He has had several meet and greets but each one has passed on adoption due to his FIV status. Sweetboy is an amazingly loving and social cat. He loves and interacts with every person he meets. He is very outgoing and so easy to fall in love with. He loves to be held, cuddled, and played with. He has a big rumbling purr that can be heard across a room. He is a big, fluffy boy just waiting for his indoor forever home. He thrives on being social and bonding with his person. Martini is a gorgeous long-haired calico with a soft coat and a gentle soul. She came to us as a devoted mama, rescued from a kill shelter along with her three babies. Shortly after rescue, her kittens needed medical treatment, which meant extra handling and care, an experience that understandably left Martini a bit wary of humans. Because of her past, Martini can be shy at first and takes time to feel safe. She isn’t aggressive or mean, just cautious. With patience, consistency, and a calm environment, she has the potential to slowly build trust and show her sweet side. Martini would do best in a quiet home with someone who understands that love doesn’t always arrive instantly. This brave mama has been through a lot and deserves a chance to finally relax and be cared for herself.
