🍊🧡 **SWEET AS CREAMSICLE!** 🧡🍊 Meet Creamsicle, born 02/07/2025, and ready to squeeze his way into your heart! 🐱💕 This handsome boy has so much love to give and is hoping someone will look past one little thing on his medical record and see the amazing cat he is. Creamsicle is FIV-positive, but don't let that scare you away! ❤️ FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) affects cats by weakening their immune systems over time. It is primarily transmitted through deep bite wounds, usually during serious fights between cats. It is **not contagious to people or dogs** . Many FIV-positive cats live happy, comfortable lives for years with routine veterinary care and a little extra attention to their health. He has so much life ahead of him and so much love waiting to give. Could you be the person who gives this sweet boy the happily ever after he deserves? 🧡🐾 📍 Come meet Creamsicle at Quad City Animal Welfare Center and see just how sweet life can be with him in it!

Meet Cliff — a gentle soul with a quiet heart, just waiting for the right person to help him feel safe and loved. 💙 Born in 2020, Cliff is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and has tested negative for FeLV and heartworm disease. He is FIV+, which simply means he’ll thrive best as the only cat in your home or with other FIV+ feline companions. Cliff finds the hustle and bustle of shelter life overwhelming and is longing for a calm, peaceful home where he can truly exhale. He may be shy at first, but with time, patience, and kindness, he’ll slowly come out of his shell and show you the sweet, sensitive heart that’s been there all along. If you believe in second chances and quiet companionship, Cliff might just be the kindred spirit you’ve been waiting for.

Penelope is ready for her turn! This sweet 2-year-old girl is as nice as they come. She has lived around other animals and children and did well, making her a wonderful little companion for a variety of homes. Penelope came to us as a momma to two kittens, and she did her job like a pro. Her babies have both found their forever families, and now it’s finally Penelope’s turn to be someone’s baby! She’s sweet, gentle, and ready to trade her momma duties for a cozy bed, lots of love, and a family of her very own. If you’ve been looking for a friendly feline to add to your family, Penelope would love to meet you! Can't adopt? Please share!
