Meet the littlest BurrPurrs—Bramble, Thimble, Nixie, Theodora, Tawny & Tansy! 🐾 These little cuties are ready to make their way into your heart! 💕 Bramble, or Bramby as he likes to be called, is a little orange tuxedo kitty with tons of heart! He is the biggest of the litter but also the babiest. He cries to be picked up and will launch his body at you to be held. He LOVES snugging, and if you sit down, he’s right in your lap. 🧡 Thimble, or Thimby for short, is the baby of the bunch. Significantly smaller than his siblings at first, this little guy is just the cutest little orangie you ever did see! He also cries to be picked up and has never met a lap he shouldn’t sit in. 🥰 Nixie the pixie is a little black-and-white girl with a ton of spunk! She climbs, she wrestles, and she has to investigate everything. But when she’s done, she’ll come over and sit on your shoulder, tuck herself under your chin, and curl up, radiating with purrs. ✨ Theodora, or Dora, is the floofiest, most beautiful little girl! She has such a soulful expression, and if you look at her, she purrs. Pick her up? More purrs. Sit down with her on your lap? More purring. And she has ear floof to die for! 😻 Tawny is a sweet little dark calico girl who perpetually looks like she just woke up. And she is a fan of sleeping! But she also loves being held with her head on your shoulder and your arms wrapped around her in a hug. 😴 Tansy is a spunky little white calico girl who wears an expression of surprise! She is probably the shyest of the group, but she absolutely adores Churus! Give her one, and she’s instantly purring—and then decides you are her best friend. 🐱 All these sweeties have been spayed and neutered, received age-appropriate vaccinations, and are litter-box trained. Sometimes healing looks like a friend reaching through the bars of a kennel just to make sure you know you aren’t alone. ❤️ Mercedes knows what it feels like to have your whole world disappear. She had a home. She was already spayed. She was living the life she knew. Then one day, her owner dumped her on a farm and drove away. When Mercedes came to Saved by Zade, she needed extensive dental work, an eye enucleation because of a deep wound, and something just as important: time to heal emotionally. Then there was Suzuki. Suzuki was born in a home, but no one chose her when her siblings were given away. When her family moved, they put six-week-old Suzuki outside and left. No mom. No siblings. No home. Just a tiny baby suddenly left to fend for herself. The world can be incredibly cruel to kitties. But in foster care, these two ladies found each other. They bonded deeply, becoming each other’s comfort while they learned that life could be safe again. When Mercedes went away for her eye surgery, Suzuki cried all day. When Mercedes returned, she had to stay in a kennel while she recovered. Suzuki reached her paw through the bars and slept beside her that way. She just needed to be touching her. Because neither of them needed to wonder what it felt like to be left alone anymore. They had each other. Mercedes and Suzuki are still slow to warm up to people. They need an adopter who understands that trust takes time, patience, and consistency. They have already learned how much better healing can be when you don’t have to do it alone.
