Story
Allow me to introduce Darius, a 1 year old beautiful medium haired boy! Darius is a shy boy who will take time to come out of his shell. He is gentle but will require some push by his human to play and socialize. His fur is like silk; he is so soft! Darius is young and does well with his foster friends. Though I believe he would also do well as an only cat. The more time his human has for him, the sweeter he will become. He loves his food - this will be the way to his heart! Darius requires a home with adults only, or adults and children 13+ experienced with cats. I believe he would do well as an only cat or in a home with 1-2 other cats. He has not been around dogs and would do best in a home without dogs. He is neutered, has age appropriate vaccinations, parasite treated, tested negative for both FeLV and FIV and micro chipped. If you would like to adopt Darius please complete an online Adoption Form at our website https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-application/ +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ PLEASE READ: 1) I do home visits for all the cats/kittens for adoption. I am not currently able to adopt to anyone living more than 1 hour outside of Rochester, NY. 2) I require a vet reference and will contact them. 3) Most of the cats in my care come from the streets and have had a bad start in life. They usually would do best in a home with older children and NO dogs. 4) All the cats/kittens that are up for adoption will be spayed/neutered, have age appropriate vaccinations, combo tested and treated for fleas and worms. 5) An approved application is necessary prior to a meet and greet,

Story
Lenox is a charming medium-haired black cat, featuring a unique patch of white under her neck. At just 2 years old, she was rescued from life on the streets after being abandoned. While she may initially be a bit shy around unfamiliar faces, she soon reveals her affectionate side. Lenox loves being held and enjoys delightful chin scratches. Although she isn't particularly keen on other cats, she might be able to tolerate a calm feline companion . Given her gentle temperament, we recommend a quiet home with only adults or children aged 12 and older. It’s essential that the household is dog-free. Lenox is spayed, parasite treated, has age appropriate vaccinations, tested negative for both FeLV and FIV and micro chipped. If you would like to adopt Lennox please complete an online Adoption Form at our website https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-application/ Or click the about us tab on this page and continue to our Adoption Application. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING AN APPLICATION: I take the time to write bios outlining the personality of each cat. To the best of my ability I determine if the cat would adjust to a household with young kids, dogs or other cats. If I feel they would not be a good match I state that in the description. Most of the cats that I rescue were abandoned and having a hard time surviving on the streets. I take them in, get them vetted/vaccinated and then let them decompress. PLEASE DO NOT fill out an application if you have young kids or dogs where I specifically state this would NOT be a good match. I will only contact you if I feel your application will be a good fit. 1) All the cats/kittens that are up for adoption will be spayed/neutered have age appropriate vaccinations, combo tested and treated for fleas and worms and microchipped. 2) An approved application is necessary prior to a meet and greet, 3) Submitting an application does not lock you into a commitment to adopt. 4) If you would like to meet one of our cats please submit an application at https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-form/ Find us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/carolsferalsny

Story
Meet Tucker — your new best friend in a fluffy gray-and-white coat! Born on July 27, 2025, Tucker is a soft, medium-haired sweetheart who looks like he was made from clouds and sunshine. His fur is unbelievably silky, and his personality is just as warm. Tucker is a curious, affectionate little guy who loves to explore, play, and then curl up for snuggles when he’s ready to rest. He’s full of kitten energy and joy — chasing toys, pouncing on shadows, and turning every moment into an adventure. Tucker shares a special bond with his BFF Ava. Because he’s such a playful boy, Tucker does need a home with another friendly cat to keep him company if Ava doesn’t come along. Tucker would be happiest in a home with older children (13+). He’d also prefer a dog-free home, where he can feel safe, adored, and be the center of attention. Tucker is fully vetted, microchipped, and ready to bring endless love, laughter, and purrs to his forever family. If you’re looking for a kitten who will fill your heart and home with joy, Tucker is waiting to meet you! +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ PLEASE READ: 1) I do home visits for all the cats/kittens for adoption.
