Story
Willow is a truly special girl with a soft heart and so much love to give. This beautiful long-haired calico is six years old and carries herself with a quiet grace. While she’s had her share of life’s disappointments, Willow hasn’t lost her belief in new beginnings—she’s just waiting for the right person to help her write her next chapter. She absolutely adores being brushed (it’s the quickest way to turn on her big, happy purr!) and cherishes gentle, close moments with her people. At mealtime, she’ll keep you company with sweet head rubs, purring between bites as if to say thank you for being there with her. One of her favorite pastimes is lounging in a sunny window, peacefully watching the world go by.
Willow can be a bit timid when first settling into a new environment, so she’s looking for a patient, understanding adopter who will give her the time and space she needs to feel safe. Once she does, her affectionate and loyal nature really shines.
She has excellent litter box habits, enjoys her scratching posts and toys, and has wonderful house manners. Willow would thrive in a quiet home. She’s not a fan of busy multi-cat environments but may be okay with a calm, respectful older cat. While she has been around small dogs without reacting aggressively, she would likely be happiest in a home without one. Willow has been an absolute joy in foster care, and it’s easy to see how deeply she bonds with her people. She’s ready to be part of a family again—this time, forever.
