Some girls are low-maintenance. Maebi has a few more expectations. And honestly? After everything she's been through, we think she's earned them. 💜 Just over 2 years old, Maebi is a gorgeous medium-haired tan-and-brown beauty who has had a rough start. She was found outside with a significant limp, and X-rays revealed an old fracture that had healed incorrectly and was causing her pain. The best option was amputation, and although her recovery wasn't easy, this determined girl is now on the mend and getting around beautifully on three legs! Now Maebi is ready to trade her difficult days for cozy naps, fun toys, and a human who understands their most important job: PET THE CAT. Maebi is friendly, outgoing, and comfortable being handled. She LOVES pets and scratches, and she has absolutely no trouble letting you know when it's time for more. Consider yourself officially employed as her personal scratch attendant. 😹 She's also playful and can often be found batting around a mouse toy or enthusiastically chewing on her catnip toys. She's got places to go, toys to conquer, and affection to collect! As for other cats? Maebi can coexist with them, but she does like to remind her feline friends who's boss. Sometimes her reminders are a little sassy, so she'd probably be happiest in a quiet home where she can enjoy being the center of attention. She might be able to share her space with a respectful cat who gives her room to do her own thing. After everything she's been through, Maebi deserves a home where she can feel safe, soak up affection, and be loved for the wonderful, opinionated girl she is. Meet Boston's Ilya Rozanov! Ilya is the most gorgeous and charming hockey player (cat) the NHL (cat room) has come across! Like his namesake, Ilya is a fast-paced kinda guy who needs constant play and stimulation! He is always going and loves a good game! Ilya would do best as the only animal in the home and with teens 16+ due to his high energy as well as potential overstimulation. Thank you for your interest in adopting Winston! Winston Lives in an Alabama Foster Home and will Transport when he is Adopted. We have been rescuing and Rehoming cats and Dogs for over 15 years. Winston was found stray by a local hospital when he was about six weeks old. He is currently about four months old and weighs about 4 1/2 pounds. He has fostered in a home with Dogs and cats of various ages and sizes. Winston has always been healthy. He is neutered, rabies, microchip, FVRCP , and Booster, dewormed, combo test negative, and he receives flea and tick prevention. $325 adoption fee includes transportation and a health check and health certificate from the vet.
