Story
Hi there! I’m Peach — a sweet, mellow 2–3 year old girl who has officially retired from motherhood and is ready to be someone’s one and only baby. I raised a whole crew of kittens and did a fantastic job, but now it’s my turn to enjoy head scratches, playtime, and a peaceful home of my own.   I’m the kind of cat who greets my foster mom at the door every day, rolls around on the floor just because it feels good, and makes the cutest little noises whenever the mood strikes. Lounging on a comfy couch is one of my favorite pastimes, preferably after a bit of play or a nice scratch behind the ears.   I’m playful and do great with kittens, but some adult cats find my energy a little much. I’d love a quieter home — one with older kids or kiddos who understand that loud squeals aren’t really my thing. My foster human is 8 and loves me dearly… she just has a bit more excitement than my gentle soul prefers.   I currently live peacefully with small dogs and have zero interest in making a dash for the outdoors — indoor life is clearly where it’s at. I’m spayed, vaccinated, litter box (and litter robot!) trained, eat dry food like a champ, and weigh about 12 pounds. I’ve been told I’m shaped like a potato, and honestly… I’m not offended.   If you’re looking for a loving, easygoing companion who’s ready to be spoiled, I might just be your Peach.  Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  if you are interested and ask for an application PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.  March 7, 2026, 12:24 pm

Story
Meet Tyson!  The name Tyson means “firebrand” or “ember”—fitting for his fiery coloring and lively personality.  It also means “high-spirited,” which perfectly describes this energetic little kitten. Vibrant?  Absolutely.  Fiesty? Without a doubt.  This is Tyson!  This handsome boy sports four white paws, a long, striped tail, and gorgeous brown eyes.  His curious gaze and the way he tilts his head from side to side are simply irresistible.  Born the end of June 2025, Tyson was one of two kittens and the firstborn.   He seemed to be his mama’s favorite—her little shadow and constant playmate.  The two of them would chase each other around the room and up and down the cat tower.  From early on, Tyson stood out—larger than his sister and looking almost a month older.  Even now, he still towers over the other kittens in the room and naturally takes on the role of alpha kitty.  I like to call him Mike Tyson, because he loves to raise his paws and playfully bat at my hand like a true heavyweight boxer.  Don’t worry—no knockout punches here!  Just a flurry of adorable swings that always make me laugh.  He is always the first to catch the feathered toy at the end of the wand—and once he does, that toy is “his”!  Tyson proudly drags the entire wand around the room while the rest of the kittens chase after him.  It’s pure entertainment to watch.  Tyson’s demanding playtime routine does not leave much time for hugs and kisses - though his devoted foster mom coach would certainly love to sneak a few in between rounds.  While Tyson isn’t quite ready to curl up ringside on a lap just yet, this coach is sure that will change once he retires his heavyweight title and embraces his forever home.  With a little time, patience and coaching from his new manager, Tyson will adapt to his new home and routine.  And when he does, this little man will become your champion, and he will win your heart forever—one playful punch at a time.March 7, 2026, 12:24 pm
