Meet Markel! He is a beautiful silver grey tabby with lovely green eyes. He was brought to the shelter after living outside&#44 and can still be timid and reserved with strangers. But he is brave and tries hard to be friendly and trusting! His foster has been going slowly with him&#44 and has steadily earned his trust with slow blinks and cheek and chin skritches. He loves his laser pointer&#44 and of course&#44 his meals! He gives adorable little head butts and nose taps when hes getting ready to eat. <br/>We think he would really thrive and come out of his shell with a feline friend to show him how to be a confident guy! My name is Momma Maribel and I am a beautiful grey and rust colored Tabby girl that had a beautiful litter of 7 kittens in a wonderful foster home 10 weeks ago.  I am a really laidback girl that is easy going and loving.  I just kind of sit back and observe and then snuggle if you have a lap for me.  I was a stray and outside my whole life until I was discovered by a very experienced foster mom who took me in and let me have my precious babies there inside a home.  Outside is where so many moms and their kittens land with no protection.  I am very savvy about life and yet I am eager to find a home of my own.  I am just about a year old and ready for a forever family to welcome me with open arms.  Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you want to have an adoption form sent to adopt me.  I would be SOOOOO excited.
