Story
I inherited Katu from my Uncle Ben, who has been Katu's only real companion for the past four years. Uncle Ben has been placed in a nursing home, and he couldn't take any pets. My partner has been fostering Katu as a favor to me, but he's a light sleeper and Katu often meows randomly. I have purchased a couple of toys, a small scratching post shaped like a mushroom, and the basic things Katu needs at home. They can be included in his adoption.

Story
Hello! I’m Yoda, I LOVE tube treats, laser toys, cardboard boxes and shoe strings. I’m nervous in a new place, but if you give me treats and patience, I’ll be your best friend. I love kids, I’m nervous around big dogs. I’m deaf, so you can vacuum anytime you’d like. I love to explore new places, I’m cautious because I can’t hear anything, but I enjoy new things. I do need a dental cleaning that my mom can’t afford currently. I enjoy playing for a very long time. I want someone who is home often and likes to give me chin scratches until I fall asleep. Wet food is my favorite thing to eat, dry kibble is something I enjoy snacking on throughout the day. I meow loudly, so I need a home who thinks it’s cute when I use my strong voice. I hope I fit well in your home, I’ll be your best friend who explores everything and follows you around like a shadow.

Story
Meet Rue! Rue is a beautiful 8-year-old domestic longhair with a calm, cozy personality that matches her age. She’s friendly when meeting new people and will happily chat with you when you arrive home or when it’s mealtime. Rue enjoys quiet moments, especially when she can curl up under a blanket for a peaceful nap. She hasn't been around other animals, so we aren’t sure how she would do in a multi-pet household. Rue loves independent play and has a special fondness for ball toys and black hair ties. She enjoys birdwatching from the window and will often dig around to make the perfect “nest” before nap time. Rue has diabetes and requires daily insulin along with another medication, but she takes both easily. If you’re looking for a mellow and loving cat who enjoys both companionship and independence, Rue may be the perfect match. Rue is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.
