Please consider sponsoring a cat. For a little as $10 a month you can help us help more animals in need.Here's our Vivian. She is an 10 month old Shar-Pei mix. Vivian has a very sweet personality and loves walks. She enjoys being inside with her human and likes to have lots of blankets. She will grab them and make a bed to alert you that it is bedtime. She gets along with other dogs, but can also be a solo dog. Vivian is spayed, UTD on all shots, heartworm negative, microchipped and ready to GO! Her adoption fee is $150.00. Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful animals, we ask that you please fill out our online Dog Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org/AdoptADog.  There is a link on the top of the home page. MEET LEO: "Get ready to fall in love"... Leo is a handsome golden smaller pei. He is a little young cutie... He is spunky,loving, playful, curious, and eager to please. Leo will sleep in a crate, but prefers a bed beside his humane or orher fur babies. He loves to snuggle and even sleep with you if you will let him. Leo was nervous in the beginning of transition to his new foster home. But now loves being apart of a group. LEO loves to eat, not picky ...He is patient at feeding time. He politely waits as his foster brother and sister eat... Leo has almost got potty training down and can be left out at night and during the day. Leo loves to play, he will run in the yard and chase a tennis ball. I recommend a fenced in yard..He does well with public events( he likes a shopping day at home depot). Leo loves to to play and should do well with children and even better with older kids.... He might just need a minute to get warmed up to interact with new people. Leo will be a great single or large family pet. Leo already is a little lover and can not wait to meet his new family.... Atticus Leo is Fully vetted, neutered and healthy. He is 10 months old. He is good with other dogs and cats are unknown. He is good with kids, but when he was tested with kids, he was not that comfortable with the little boys. We tested him with, and he was totally fine with the little girls. He’s good on a leash, house trained, and knows basic commands. It’s just an adorable dog. That would make a wonderful addition to any family. So don’t delay apply to adopt Atticus Leo today.

Story
Archie is a 4 year old Boxer/ American bulldog mix that has a story to tell! He was recently found, malnourished with an ear and skin infections. His infections are being treated and he is getting good nutrition! He was found to have a microchip but the phone number attached is disconnected and no one has replied to the emails. With further digging, we found out that that he was originally from Louisiana and has been adopted out from the SPCA there twice. The second time he was relinquished was due to his ongoing skin issues. This is due to allergies and will require lifelong management by whoever wants this sweet boy in their life. Getting to know your local vet well or going to a animal dermatologist would be a great idea for him. His finder is unable to keep this love bug due to number of pets allowed where she is. He is housebroken and well mannered. He does well with kids,cats and other dogs and knows a long list of tricks! He loves car rides and is very gentle. He is neutered, heartworm negative, current on vaccines, dewormed, and microchipped. He just got a proheart injection so he is protected from heart worms for 6 months.
