Story
My husband and I are empty nesters and we sold our house and moved towards the beach and bought a house in a subdivision that our realtor told us we could put a fence up. Once we moved in, the HOA wouldn’t let us. We would do an underground fence but we have many alligators in the ponds by our house. Thelma and Louise are sisters and come as a package deal.We got them when they were 7 weeks old and they are the BEST babies! They have no health issues and are AKC registered. They just turned 6 on October 31! They have the best personality and it’s breaking mine and my husband’s heart to even consider doing this but they have no where to run and play and get energy out and this situation isn’t fair to them. We are praying we will find someone on here that will give them the love and attention they are accustomed to and have space for them to run and play! We would also like to find someone who will let us stay in touch and send pics and videos etc since they are our babies.

Story
Jazzy is a tan and white boxer mix puppy with a bold spirit and a contagious sense of fun. With her soulful eyes, bouncy gait, and ears that perk up at every sound, she brings a vibrant energy wherever she goes. She’s the kind of pup who’s always in motion—chasing toys, exploring every corner of the yard, or trying to make friends with anything that moves. Jazzy has a natural rhythm to her playfulness and a fierce loyalty to her people, often curling up next to them after a long day of adventures. She’s equal parts mischief and heart, always keeping you on your toes and laughing at her antics.Named after the unforgettable Jazz from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Jazzy carries that same cool confidence and unapologetic flair. Just like her namesake, she’s full of personality—unpredictable, hilarious, and totally lovable. She’s got a knack for showing up at just the right moment, often with muddy paws and a look that says, “What’d I miss?” Whether she’s getting into playful trouble or striking a pose with her signature head tilt, Jazzy is the ultimate scene-stealer. She may be small now, but she’s already got the attitude and presence of a true star.ADOPTION PACKAGEThank you for your interest in adopting your next pet from The Haven. Story
NEWBIE ALERT!! Meet Buddy. Sadly, he was surrendered when his family could no longer care for him. He is super friendly, loves people and other dogs. He is 18 lbs. He is silent in his crate and doing great with house and crate training. Did fine with a cat in the house. Very treat motivated.  His owners did a DNA test and he’s terrier and boxer mix. He’s around 4 months old now. He is  utd, neutered and ready for the perfect forever home.  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Wags and Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue. Please allow us time to respond to all inquires and applications! Thank you!
