Story
Meet Apollo he is an intact male Sharpei who will turn 3 in October 2025. He is a super sweet boy who loves people. He also does ok with cats but often tries to play with them not realizing he ismuch bigger than they are. He has not been around dogs but likely would be fine around an older or calmer dog. He does have some issues typical for his breed like skin allergies and Entropian of his eyes due to the heavy wrinkling around his face. Both of which can be treated but he will need an adopter that is familiar with this breed to understand the care they sometimes entail as well as the means to do so. It breaks my heart to part with him as it does my kids as well but we are never home due to work and many extracurricular activities and he therefore doesn’t often get the time and attention he craves and deserves. We are therefore searching for a home that can give him just that! If you are interested or have any questions about this sweet boy feel free to ask. Thank you!

Story
Miso is about 6-7 years old. She came from a puppy mill and is a bit flinchy due to being from a puppy mill. She warms up very quickly with strangers and just initially is a bit jumpy. She is very good with children, and protective of children naturally She is housebroken but will pee on clothes piled on the floor, or plastic bags of left out. She has anxiety at home and isn’t good with being kenneled. Outside of the kennel she is fine as long as the TV or radio is playing when you are away Her reason for rehoming is solely due to aggression towards other dogs. She does fine with my cats, but she’s developing aggression with dogs at home. I don’t know why but she keeps attacking my other dog, and dogs that come into the house. Out in public parks, walking, the vet etc, she has zero aggression to humans or dogs. I can no longer handle her aggression with my other dog who has been with her for 6 years, she isn’t in a healthy environment and I’m unwilling to rehome my other dog.
