Hi, my name is Zyrie, and I know you can't stop staring at my big beautiful nose and muzzle, admit it... Yes, this gorgeous schnoz is attached to fabulous me! I like to lead on walks, ride well in a car, I do like my crate, and I love adults!!! Kids throw me off a little, especially the little ones; I'd prefer to be the center of attention. Oh, and I love other dogs, but I especially like playing with their toys, pawing at them when asleep and having them play on my schedule, so just make sure I get to be in charge!!! I am housetrained, very affectionate, about 54 pounds (I love food and will counter surf), happy to go with you to work (I got to go with my foster dad to his military site and got to meet all kinds of people protecting our country and i loved everyone!!!). I am spayed, up to date on vaccines, micrchipped, and I've had eyelid entropion surgery. So, I'm all set for adoption!!! I am fostering in Tucson, Arizona. Gordon found himself in a California shelter, and he was such a good boy that Pei People couldn't wait to rescue him! Gordon is about 36 pounds (very small), is neutered, up to date on vaccines and is microchipped. Shelter aged him at 6 years old, but foster thinks more like 4 years old. (so far, he's not telling us!) Gordon is even good in a crate (he sleeps there at night). He took a day or two to learn the dog door, but now is a pro and no accidents in the house. He would love a yard...really enjoys being outside. He also likes toys and balls. He is good with other dogs and is ready for a new home! Darlene was surrendered to the shelter when her owners could no longer care for her. She was living with 2 other dogs and appears good with new dogs. Darlene lived with kids and is housetrained, affectionate and well-mannered. Darlene will bark at strangers and sounds the alarms for deliveries. She is about 42 pounds, and we are working on cleaning up some skin issues (high quality food and fish oil, with an exam scheduled at vet). She is fostering in southern Riverside County, Calif.December 1, 2025, 3:01 pm

Story
Honey (she goes by Dolce, but we have another dog also with that name) came from a home with far too many dogs that overwhelmed the owner. Honey is 43 pounds, is recently spayed and is microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Honey is being treated for an ear infection, and is on some high quality food and fish oil to clean up her skin. She is a typical female, who can get a little growly around strangers poking and prodding (not a fan of the vet but manageable), but has lived with other dogs and kids with no issues. Her coat is cleaning up slowly with good food and some antibiotics. She came to us with a pretty patchy coat. Honey is the princess, preferring inside to out (she is completely housetrained, but just doesn't want to hang out in the yard otherwise). She is quiet, not a big barker and likes to give kisses and hugs. Honey is fostering in the Indio, California area. Check out this cutie! She is tiny at only 30 ish pounds.    She was quickly made adoptable at the maricopa shelter which rarely happens with Shar Pei. She loves everyone she meets.  She loves car rides and jumps right in the car. House training is a non issue. She did great for her first bath! She has had her Entropion surgery and spay. This girl is social and has loved play dates with friends. She is great with bossy females and males. Crate training was a non issue but is totally fine being left home alone.  December 4, 2025, 10:30 pm

Royce is a super friendly male shar-pei.  He is good with dogs and kids.   He came to rescue from an owner who was overwhelmed with too many dogs and is looking for his forever home. Royce is 51 pounds, recently neutered and is vaccinated and has a microchip.   He loves cuddling with other dogs.   If you are looking for a pair, Honey was also from same home.
